Legislation Introduced to Attack Gun Shows in Washington
NRA - ILA ^ | 14 Jan 2010

State Representatives Brendan Williams (D-22) and Maralyn Chase (D-32) have introduced House Bill 2477, a bill that seeks to abolish the private transfer of firearms, even between family and friends, at gun shows.

Simply put, HB2477 would hold law-abiding gun owners liable for the acts of criminals. Under this bill, if a firearm is privately transferred at a gun show to a person who is ineligible, the seller can be held liable for injury or death caused by the criminal use of that firearm.

Please contact both of your State Representatives and your State Senator TODAY at 800-562-6000 and politely urge them to oppose HB2477.

We (gun owners) have been expecting this, or worse, for some time.

Everyone have their contingency plans in place?

Have the owners of the WTC sued Boeing yet because the two 767's they sold were used on 9/11?

We need a list of laws that we introduce every session, rain or shine, to keep the Socialist/Deviant/Democratic/Labor party off base. Anyway, you get the idea. Make them play defense some of the time.

The best defense (of stupid gun laws) may be a good offense (lots of proposals to keep them busy that are repulsive to the communist/homosexual mind)

“A system of licensing and registration is the perfect device to deny gun ownership to the bourgeoisie” Lenin

“We want them registered” Nancy Pelosi

Wake up folks, this is just one step in the process of setting up a registration system – if the National Socialist Democrats push this through, their next move is to ban private sales ANYWHERE.
