Why would they expect Brown to care? Brown was honest about being foggy about the matter.
Yes I was thinking of this earlier. So the dems put up an ad where they make a big deal out of something Brown might’ve said which is the exact same thing Michelle Obama said on the campaign trail and then they will expect the black population to turn out and vote for them?
So, if what Michelle said is true, then the BC we have seen is a fake. Is that not true?
What they 'heard' was that Scott Brown said Obama was a lying bastard. (Which would be completely true if what Michelle said is true).
And since most of them are probably completely aware it is true, they are overreacting to his actual words. Those having something to hide always do.
While the discussion was supposedly about Sarah being the best VP choice, the conversation turned to Sarah and her daughter Bristol being maligned by the host for having poor family values and having corrupted morals, though after she mentioned it she said "I am not saying the Palin family has corrupted morals." So why even bring it up? Scott proceeded to defend Sarah and her family from such attacks, saying the father will be there to help out, and at one point he compared the situation to Obama's young mother being 18 years old when she gave birth to him, to which the host interrupted by saying "and married" and Scott smiled and said, "well, I don't know about that."
This is nothing but BS. Michelle has talked about Obama being born from a young single mother, so if they want to make fools of themselves, let them.
This sounds like a damned if he did, damned if he didn’t scenario. Either Brown would care too little about “birther” issues to pay attention to them, or he cares too much.
Why wasn’t there a big brouhaha over Michelle’s “misstatement” anyhow?

I just don’t see where Martha’s sick campaign thinks this is a bombshell or even worth the trouble of running. Looks pathetic and foolish to me.

It doesn't mean he's unqualified (NBC-wise). But it means he lied about the whole thing. Hid the truth from the public.
Was Michelle’s comment a misstatement? Maybe she was simply telling the truth.

Yes he’s definitely a bastid, and definitely is hiding something which is deemed to be of great importance to either his credibility or his qualifications.
