3 foreigners among 20 killed in NWA drone attack

WANA: Twenty militants were killed and several others wounded on Sunday after a US drone fired two missiles at a militant compound in North Waziristian Agency (SWA) area of Shaktoi on Sunday.

Three foreigners were also among the dead.

According to reports, the unmanned US spy plane targeted a house situated in Shaktoi area, killing 20 militants, some of them foreigners.

So far 20 dead bodies were pulled out of the rubble.

The death toll may rise, according to sources.

Another report said the house was being used by Uzbek militants fighting with the Taliban.

Often the Paki press refers to " Arabs " as " foreigners" .

Some reports speculate that it's Hakimullah Mehsud that we're after.

At any rate, keep up the good work. Perhaps Mehsud will die while running.

I did read that he was wounded and the denials , (It's only a flesh wound!).

If he's too banged up to move, perhaps he'll die a slow death.

If he's dying a slow death, perhaps they'll risk moving him and he'll get whacked.

I'm crossing my fingers and betting on the second scenario.

Of course, he could be ok and we'll just have to keep after the SOB.

I like the up tick in the amount of drone attacks, it can only produce positive results, imho.

The thing that impresses me is how much better our intelligence gets when a dim is in the White House. I mean when GWB was President we only managed to blow up “wedding parties”, now we never hit any civilians just terrorists. Truly an amazing thing how our aim has improved.
