VISIT THE 'SHOT' SHOW

Charlotte is a long way from Las Vegas, and many east coast gun owners won’t be able to make the trek to the west to Shooting Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show being held there next week. So instead, on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 19 and 20, Paul Valone will bring the SHOT Show to you. For those unfamiliar, it is the world’s biggest show for guns, knives and outdoor accessories. Held for industry “insiders” it is closed to the public.

Covering everything from hunting rifles to defensive technology to the latest military hardware, the SHOT Show represents the pulse of the gun industry. Interviewing industry principals, Valone will relay the health of the industry under the Obama administration as well as threats to gun rights on the horizon. As part of his continuing focus on armed self-defense, he will also report on new defensive firearm technology. To get the most timely updates, follow Valone on Twitter at FPV02.

I have attended several Shot Shows, and they are incredible. They are limited to people with a business interest, however.

I so wish I was there. I could’ve gone, but didn’t wish for someone to lie and say I was an employee..I hate being scrupulous, and upstanding sometimes..

I have been saying bwaaaaahhh a lot today. The next four days I am really going to be saying bwaaaaah!

There are several people from this area who are exhibitors, too. I will just stay home and watch Thunder Ranch dvd’s.
bwaaaahh!

You don’t have to be an employee if you are there to help with someone’s exibit.

My friend is just an attendee. I even thought of asking some of the locals from here who have exhibits to let me help a couple of hours in their booth, but that wouldn't have been exactly honest, either.
