You won’t see TV Glenn Beck touch the things that Radio Glenn Beck sometimes says, as he edges toward Howard Stern levels of comedy and tone.
Today he absolutely obliterated Scott Brown over the ‘my daughters are available’ comment, going so far as to suggest Brown could be a secret pervert.
Brown got over-excited and particularly creepy when he declared his daughters “available” during an improvised portion of his victory speech tonight. It was awkward – and it wasn’t immediately cleaned up.
“Bad enough,” said Beck after he played the initial comment. “Hey my two daughters on the meat market!”
If he had made the comment, said Beck, his daughters would “never have spoken to me again,” and his wife? “Collection of my parts in drawers scattered throughout my house.”
After Beck played more of the clip, making his own commentary throughout (including a reference to the infamous Cosmo spread), he took the whole thing to the next level. “I want a chastity belt on this man,” he said, while his producer tried to justify Brown’s comments. “I want his every move watched in Washington. I don’t trust this guy…This one could end with a dead intern. I’m just saying, it could end with a dead intern.”
Classic. The whole conversation ends with Beck issues some well-wishes to Brown. “Congratulations, let’s monitor him,” he said.
Maybe Beck will be Keith Olbermann’s Best Person In The World tonight!

Thanks to Scott Brown, MA voters, volunteers and contributors (including myself) - ObamaCare is dead. Maybe Scott said something dumb because he was giddy or tired.
No sign Scott will campaign for Juan McCain who supports amnesty.

here in TX we would consider him a “pinko-flasher-perv”...
but since he put the skids on Obamacare, he’s okay for now.
Pervert my necktie... someone needs to grow up. Living in NH we saw the speech live. Mr. Brown was being genuinely playful. He was razzing his daughters while informing the public at large that he has two lovely daughters who are not spoken for.
I like Beck and watch him nearly every night but sometimes he gets over the top with his middle of the road comments.
This about Brown is just stupid, no wonder this party can never get it right when we even have a couple of posters on here or talk shows hosts putting down a guy who has just win an historic win and could stop obama and his radical agenda
For once can the republican party just come together and stop denouncing our own.
We go on about comments by the Dems but they stick with their own as soon as say Newt has been caught cheating it is not the Dem forcing him out but our own
even if we win both houses and the white house we’ll mess thing all up again like we always do

They were just joking around. It was in a larger context of; even though last night was a great victory, always be vigilant. We hope Scott is everything we want him to be, but keep an eye on him (and the others). Trust, but verify.
Agreed. Beck should have just left this humor to the left. Uncalled for and I am a huge Beck fan.

Beck is a little over the top on many issues. I don’t watch him and think he could be an embarrasment to conservatives in the future. We don’t need an opposite of Olbermann.
I have no issues with social conservatives as long as they keep it real, but this stuff from Beck is over the top, even for him.
Limbaugh just got done saying he thought that comment was funny. People need to take a deep breath and relax...it was a funny off the cuff remark a dad would make.....even I wasn’t offended....and that says alot.

While Beck has gone too far here, I thought Brown’s comments about his daughters were rather odd....Why even make a comment like that? His daughters were clearly embarrassed by it. I’m willing to let it go as just one of those stupid things we all say occasionally...words I would like to take back as soon as they leave my mouth!

Maybe Beck didn’t get enough sleep last night after celebrating one year with big mouth O.R.
Maybe he is trying to get his girls married off. And Beck, the guy said he was joking.
It is obvious Scott said this as a joke and that his family has a sense of humor. I bet that family jokes/teases all the time. They are relaxed, just look at their photos. They know how to have fun.

To be honest, we didn’t quite know what to make of his comments about his daughters.
Did notice he didn’t mention God, Jesus,the Constitution, or Ronald Reagan but praised Ted Kennedy not once but two times....

Beck fan here but sometimes he goes over the top and becomes too much of a drama queen.
I wish he would just stick to pointing out things like ACORN or obama agenda.
