Somebody is smoking crack here - are you saying her stellar performance as Sec. of State qualifies her as presidential? I’d say she has taken herself out of contention by proving her inability to lead or inspire confidence. She has the worst of all worlds - being beaten by Barack Obama, then being beaten by his Administration while being a part of it. Not that I’m sympathetic.

Yes, you raise another issue. I doubt if Hillary will be the alternate choice. She failed to beat Obama in the primaries. And she has a similar problem: Zero qualifications. She has never done anything, other than being married to a successful politician. Her only real job was with the Rose Law Firm, managing the Whitewater scam.

I respectfully disagree. I think Hillary will resign after the 2010 elections. She will be frustrated that Obama is using people like Mitchell to deal with the Middle East, etc. Then she’ll have the foreign policy experience of Sec’y of State, but be able to leave the Administration and campaign as an outsider.

This doesn’t need to be plausible to conservatives, but it will be to progressives.

I’m with you. The moment she attached herself to this loser and his policies she was done.

The ‘rats will have to turn to someone else.
