More like a tact to break the influence of the Tea Party movement in my opinion. The TP is his greatest threat and what a better way to diminish it than by a calculated move to call in a chit. He knows she has the principles to honor it and will use it as the wedge to divide and conquer.

Chris Wallace should watch some of the old Tim Russert MTP tapes that my mother made. He would learn what aggressive grilling is really like.

I have seen him interview Colin Powell, Paul O’Neil, et al, and he really pushed against administration officials!!!!!!

Maybe Chris could get some pointers on challenging govt official policy makers.
