Democrats would not be playing the blame game with one another for the loss or for the healthcare debacle if they had only pointed fingers at those (or in this case, the one) who put Americans (and most of the world) in the predicament were in: George W. Bush.

George W. Bush is keeping Obama from being a successful president.
Well, if Snakehead sez so, I’m on board. He has nothing but Republicans’ best interests at heart.
I agree. Ole copperhead has nothing but the Republican interests in his heart. Hahahahahaha.
Where’s mah gumbo???
If Obama can not take the pressure of the job then he should resign. He campained for it, so now he has to deal with it you filthy gargoyle.
Hey, Carville, the idiot has been pres(id)ent for a year. When does he take responsibility for anything?!
I hope Obama keeps taking your advice, you snake.

The President’s Bank Reforms Don’t Add Up
Restricting loans to real estate virtually guarantees another bank crisis in the future.
After the Democrats’ disaster in Massachusetts last Tuesday, President Obama appears to be flailing. Gone is the cool and measured demeanor that made him look presidential when the financial crisis struck during the 2008 campaign. Instead, the financial reform proposals he advanced later in the week seem to reflect political panica desperate attempt to appeal to the populist sentiment against Wall Street. Unfortunately, they also reflect a limited understanding of good financial or banking policy.

this is another Demagogue parody right??
The reptile is not really trying flog the ol’
“blame George W. Bush for everything, and oh, Republicans are divisive and hostile while Democraps want nothing but to ‘unify’ the nation in the ultimate harmonic convergence”
Blow hard alert. Carville is a idiot.
Carville is a loon. His comrades on the extreme left have done nothing but blame President Bush for EVERYTHING for the past 9 years. Sounds like Jimmy hasn’t been paying attention.
I warned democrats back in December 2008, “In a year no one will want to here GWB excuses”. They told me the voters would buy GWB for years and seemed to believe it.
Democrats are simply DISGUSTING!
I really wish we could ship every single lib to france or russia or cuba....i really dislike them
Liberal have an endless capacity to deny reality.
It is frequently breathtaking how utterly possessed they are by ideology.
If this is the Rats’ new strategy, then it’s laughable...
James, you people invented the blame game.
I was listening to an interview of a highly credentialed liberal on local talk show, WJR, Detroit. The host purposely did not challenge his answers, so as to let him rant. Despite his many degrees and his history as a Fulbright scholar, my impression of him was that his answers were like that of a five year old, laying the blame of things gone wrong at the feet of his younger brother or employing the whiny mantra: “they did it too.” Callers to the show after he was of the air talked of his Alinsky tactics and lies.
Been there.
Done that.
In the Massachussets election, the Democrats kept constantly screaming that Brown equals Bush/Republican/right-wing
It never worked.
James knows better. He knows that The Democrats controlled Congress from January, 2007 onwards, and if the economy went south thereafter, Congress has to share blame with the Bush Administration. The President controls foreign policy, but at home Congress and the White House have equal power.
Just like Monica Lewinsky.
It doesn’t matter who they blame, it matters who the electorate blame, and they are rapidly giving up on Bush and moving on to Obama, and no amount crying otherwise is going to matter. November will be a bloodbath for dems no matter what but they will make it the worst in history by far if they go the route they are now planning. What total idiots.
democrats are the only reason I support abortion.
Pray for America's Freedom
Snaketard seems to be saying that the world’s economic meltdown is Bush’s fault because
1. Health insurance premiums nearly doubled.
This affected the world’s economies just how?
2. The number of uninsured skyrocketed.
Even if it were true, it affected the world’s economies just how?
3. The deficit spiralled out of control.
True, Bush should have held the line on spending. However, how does the Bush deficit compare with the Bamtard deficit? What democrats sincerely opposed deficit spending? Oh, sure, they might have wanted to shift it from defense to something counterproductive, but they certainly weren’t calling for restraint.
4. The congress enacted the largest unfunded entitlement programme in history with the Medicare prescription drug benefit.
More socialism, true, but if we’re blaming Bush, what democrat sincerely opposed this? How often can they blame Bush for doing things they wanted to do?
5.Deregulation of banks and insurance companies allowed them to become too big to fail.
Deregulation may have allowed them to grow, but isn’t “too big to fail” a Bamtard concept? Seems to me that he’s blaming Bush for the Bamtard’s mistakes here.
I don’t see that there are grounds here to blame this economic catastrophe at Bush’s feet. All Bush did by acting like a liberal was make it a little easier for Barry Soweto to pull down the temple.
In the year that Obama has been in office, he has blamed Bush for his problems, or otherwise attacked him openly or by clear insinuation, in very nearly every speech and interview he has given. I think the comments on the Fort Hood shootings were one of the few exceptions (he had to come up with something quickly and didn't have time to figure out how to blame it on Bush).
Yeah, Carville’s right, Obama and Democrats simply haven’t blamed Bush enough. Excuse me while I choke on sarcastic laughter.
Clearly, the Mass. election proves that the US electorate is NOT stupid.
The carefully worded whines are being laughed at.
Apparently Ol’ Serpenthead’s math skills are as strong as his people skills. Notice that he entitled his book, “40 More Years” and then said that the Rats are well-positioned for three decades of continued electoral dominance.
I get it, Obama’s problem is that he hasn’t blamed Bush enough.
At some point even the most witless Democrats must begin to cringe at Carville’s coarseness.

Just think, if the US only spent $4,763 per person on healthcare costs, like Norway (the second-highest per capita costs of a developed nation), there would be nearly $750bn less to spread around insurance and drug companies and their 3,000 lobbyists.
Liberals are always trying to compare the US system to Scandinavian countries like Norway or Sweden.
The problem with that is those nations don't have nearly the illegal immigrant or minority inner city population we have, which are a HUGE drag on the system.
Even with the Muslims that have invaded Scandinavia and the rest of Europe, their costs don't nearly compare to what illegals have done to rape our health care, or what the inner cities have cost us (and I won't even figure in the high crime costs).
“Democrats need to learn the blame game”
Wow, just WOW...seriously...keep on headin’ over the cliff RATS...
Democrats need to learn the blame game
The RATS need to learn nothing about that - it’s all they ever do, EVER...
Where is the ROTFLMAO after that headline?
That claim should be in the blame game hall of fame.
Right. That’s doesn’t pass the smile, er ROTFLMAO test...:)
The Obama team demanded $787 billion dollars in Stimulus spending promising the Taxpayers Unemployment would not go over 8%. It went to 10.2%
GW Bush did not do that, your Democrat Congress and the 0 Administration did that.
Taxpayers gave you Democrats everything you demanded and things got WORSE, not BETTTER. And things are still getting worse.
Mr Carvell, you a a liar. You know full well your argument is absurd and ignorant and yet you still make it. Since you are willing to lie to the American people on this issues, what else are you willing to lie to us about?
hey, Snakehead...
Wow, there’s an original thought. Blame Bush for everything. Yeah, the Dumbocrats haven’t tried that one yet....
One big difference between him and FDR is that Roosevelt seldom bothered to diss the Republicans. And even when he wanted to work them over, he did it in a humorous way, such as in his “little dog Falla” speech. But his best asset was his geniality. He was a good hater but it never showed. The Democrats did blame Hoover for the Depression, but Roosevelt just ignored him and pushed forward with his own program.
I bathe at least once a week, which is more than the average gargoyle.
Both parties are to blame for where we are at. I respected George W. for taking the war on terror to the terrorists but during his Presidency big business was king and many problems were ignored in favor of them. The Democrats have been catering to minorities and unions at the expense of everyone else. The party has been the priority of both parties and the Republic has been of little importance to most of them. The hope for the 2010 election is that men, from both parties, who are really patriots will step forward to lead.
Actually, the reason I think healthcare reform is failing is that the Dems didn’t get it passed before their Summer break last year and and the American people got to read it.
Oh?
No disagreement EXCEPT on MEN stepping forward.... I LOVE SRARAH!
You’re right. My bad.
