Moral indictment filed against Columbia University in quest for Obama’s records
THE POST AND EMAIL ^ | Jan. 24, 2010 | by Sharon Rondeau

PLANS PROTEST AND MOCK TRIAL AT OBAMA’S “ALMA MATER” Dr. James David Manning, PhD, who has charged Columbia University with selling a Political Science degree to Obama — Dr. James David Manning, founder and pastor of ATLAH World Ministries in Harlem and outspoken Obama critic, contends that Barack Hussein Obama never attended Columbia University as he claims, that Columbia “sold” Obama a degree in Political Science, and that these allegations will be proven in a court of law in New York State. He also believes that Obama is ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States due to his failure to meet the “natural born citizen” requirement set forth in the U.S. Constitution. Dr. Manning grew up in Red Springs, NC, and is chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church in New York City. In 1992, Pastor Manning began a Christian radio program which expanded to a weekly television broadcast on several networks. He has sponsored numerous educational programs intended to “denounce racism as the catalyst for the problems facing the Black population” and to encourage “young people to become the leaders who will bring restoration to the broken and disshelved African- American population.” He currently can be heard on “The Manning Report” Monday through Friday here from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. ET or by podcast on demand. For more information, please visit www.atlah.org. Today, I interviewed Dr. Manning regarding his plans and strategy to uncover the truth about Obama’s Columbia University degree and other information that has been hidden from the American people. MRS. RONDEAU: You have stated on video that Obama never attended Columbia University. When did you first become convinced of that? DR. MANNING: Through Fox News, back in the primary of 2008; they did an in-depth intensive investigation and interviewed more than...

Dr. Manning mentions Obama’s mysterious Pakistan sojourn, strongly implying he may have gone to Afghanistan as well.

Does anyone think for a moment young Obama actually fought the russkies in Afghanistan. Risk his own life? Puh-leeze.

Dr. Manning does lay it out that it’s simply impossible for Obama to have coked and toked his way through Occidental College, making lousy grades and then somehow wangled his way into Columbia University.

There’s plenty of low-hanging fruit here for any good investigative journalist. Although Dr. Manning states that the perfidious Prince Al Waleed helped make it happen, and of course ol’ Alaweed is a major stockholder in FOX.

Good luck to this guy. I hope he doesn’t accidentally shoot himself in the back of the head 8 or 9 times.

This is, after all, a Chicago politician he’s going after.

That may be a reason Blago hasn’t said more than I’m sure he could. They could get to him in prison if they wanted to.

I’ve often wondered about BHO’s claim the he “buckled-down” at Columbia. Hello? Don’t you buckle down to get into Columbia? Last time I looked Occidental didn’t have open admissions policy either...It has a mildly competitive admissions process.

Well, when you have a forged or bought transcript from Columbia it shouldn’t be difficult to get into Harvard Law.

BHO has claimed in his book that it was difficult to connect with other Columbia students because they did not have dorms for transfer students.

Truly, it is perplexing that the President of the US can have such a shadowy past. How is this possible, especially in a world where every single politician’s words and deeds are an open book to the public. If you want to do the dance, then you have to own up to your past. This “President” has too many secrets, and the American public was too complicit in his winning the biggest prize America has to offer. We should all demand openness and a full accounting. After all, we paid for this guy, we ought to see what we really paid for!

There are lots of Columbia and Occidental alum who are asking the same questions. Especially those who were there during the times that he was allegedly there. They are all finding the same answers. I have yet to see the account of anyone who has been in the same class with him, especially ay Columbia.

Many people would be very disappointed if such influence was instrumental in preventing FOX from investigating this issue.

Waste 'o' bandwidth.

0bama attended Columbia School of General Studies after Occidental. Not very difficult to do, as if your Irish Setter wanted to take a course, and had your checkbook, it would not be much of a problem. And your Irish Setter doesn't have William Ayers and his Columbia friends and relatives advising him. OTOH, he is probably more intelligent than 0bama.

The tricky part is that if a General Studies student completes enough courses, and/or has other credits from elsewhere accepted, voilà, the student can actually get a degree. People are confusing Columbia University, Columbia College, and Columbia General Studies. A big university system has many different schools and colleges attached.

Of course, what Columbia University will not release is exactly what the heck 0bama actually did while in their General Studies degree program.

Unfortunately Manning is pulling an Orly here. He's combining the legitimate question of "Natural Born Citizen," with a set of other, insubstantial charges which will assure that both complaints go nowhere. The only court that has the ability to handle the former is the Federal District Court in Washington, D.C. The latter is a non-starter. So both suits will be thrown out.

Good luck with the show, Reverend Jimmy!

I have no real knowledge of Columbia but I think you’ve made some valid points for consideration. From their general web page:

http://www.columbia.edu/academic_programs/index.html

Undergraduate education at Columbia is offered through Columbia College, the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the School of General Studies. Undergraduate programs are offered by two affiliated institutions, Barnard College and Jewish Theological Seminary. Columbia University provides post-graduate education through thirteen graduate and professional schools and a school of continuing education. Three affiliated schools also offer post-graduate programs.

I particularly noted the following:

MRS. RONDEAU: What impact do you think this will have if it is proven that he won the presidency through completely false circumstances?

DR. MANNING: Initially, it will set the movement of black people back, and I think it will set the racial problem back a few steps when the news finally becomes a reality. What is happening now is that most people in America, at least 49-51% of Americans, have some idea about his being an ineligible candidate, and so it would not be a total shock. It isn’t as if they’d heard it for the very first time. They’ll be prepared to some degree, and by the time it finally does filter out, there will be a campaign to prepare people to receive it. I think that what it will do is it will first set the relationships back a bit; the civil rights leaders will pick up again. Jesse Jackson will get steam again. But then they will lose it, and I think it will then advance the racial problems in America ahead 100 years. By that I mean black people and white people will finally recognize that it was the epitome of racism to have voted for Obama and that they will ultimately repent of it and stop dividing America along racial lines. It was just the worst thing to have done, to continue to promote racism, and I think after Obama, black people and white people can begin to legitimately lose their black and white identities and move forward as Americans.

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN'S STATUS BE "GOVERNED" BY GREAT BRITAIN?

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate.html

Furthermore:  Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate.

I was in the school of general studies at columbia during the years that obama was there and got a degree in political science as well in 86. O got his in 83. I transferred from American University in Washington DC whereas O transferred from Occidental in California.

None of the columbia college guys from those years recall O. I don’t recall O either. But I believe he attended GS because all of his beliefs come right out of some of the departments there from that period. And I have seen a phone record of him from 1983 at his apt on east 93 st.

I like manning—and I believe there is a problem with the birth certificate thing— but I agree—he should not have brought in the birth certificate.

Columbia School of General Studies, I remember my late 50's instructors there very well indeed, Comrade!

In all fairness, I would say most of the adjunct professors at dear old GS seemed more Trotskyite than Stalinist. I took a calculus course there at night, even that had a marxist slant!

Actually, Osama did fight at least once, in the inconclusive battle of Jadji, one of the Muj’s forward bases not far from the Pak border.

That’s how he obtained that AKR you always see in the background of all his videos—that he claimed to have won in battle from a Russian he killed.

That’s one thing that scares me. We really can’t afford to have only one media company have a monopoly on decent reporting. The reporting at Fox has been slipping lately. If the one halfway-truthful network goes bad what’s left?

I’ve wondered if Rush Limbaugh has ever considered expanding to head a media company. He’s about the only one I know of who is so big that he doesn’t have a parent company telling him what he can and can’t say. And we know that Obama told the network heads they couldn’t talk about Obama’s eligibility because it is his Achilles’ heel.

If the Constitution does not matter then **NOTHING** does! We are lost!

Manning is correct when he says the following:

The deal is this: if America allows the Tea Party to live after they said it doesn’t matter about the Constitution, it doesn’t matter whether he’s constitutionally eligible, it doesn’t matter whether he is now a treasonous, illegal alien, if they have said that about the Constitution and are allowed to get away with it, we’re in a much deeper state of being…I am doing this pursuit of Columbia…you asked an initial question, “Why didn’t Fox News pursue this matter even further? Why didn’t the political structure pursue Obama’s eligibility and why are they not doing it now?” Because they said, “We don’t care about the Constitution.” The Tea Party must be stopped or must be held accountable for the fact that they have become complicit in not caring whether or not this man is constitutionally eligible./p>

Limbaugh even **LIED** to his listeners when he said that he did not know who Berg and Sinclair were. That was pure LIE!

These radio and TV yappers fail to understand that they are running small businesses. The name is just like any other business’s trade mark or brand name. If they don’t preserve their reputation for honest commentary then they are destroying their “brand name” or “trade mark”.

Personally, I am **disgusted** with Rush over how his has ignored Obama’s eligibility. Sorry! But that does bleed over into other things that he is covering.

Limbaugh is waiting for somebody else to break the story, I think. That’s the thing with the political talk show hosts. They aren’t reporters and for the most part don’t try to be. But it means that they also leave out whatever the media doesn’t report. And that is problematic.

I’m trying to find a media outlet that will take the story we’ve got so far. I’ve got a nibble but editors are very busy and this isn’t an in-your-face story at the moment. We can pass the word around; perhaps Rush will eventually think it’s documented well enough to cover.

This is the bigger picture. If I can find somebody to take up this content, I’d like to break it into smaller, more understandable pieces. http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/

Columbia University is right beside harlem.

In the 1980s there were black neighborhoods to the north and east of the college and hispanic neighborhoods to the south. It was a small island of upper middle class whites surrounded by people who had zero understanding or interest in the passions of the people there in.

For that reason Columbia had the same kind of fantasy feel as we enjoy today under Obama.
