Too Late Bozo. The 43% who strongly disapprove of you are not going to have their opinions changed by a speech. Also what people want to hear is that you are throwing Rahm, Pelosi, and the rest of your socialist advisor's off the gravy train and under the bus.

But if all Obama are offering is another teleprompter concerto it won't be enough to save the liberals in November. The Dems no longer can achieve victory, they can only manage the scope of their defeat. And Obama's narcissism and over inflated ego won't let him see this.
