After 9 months of waiting she did not receive any response from either Attorney General or US attorney for the district of Columbia. She is seeking an ex-relator status to proceed with Quo Warranto. I really think that all it would take to stop him would be for one state to require proof of natural born citizenship before allowing him on the ballot.

I can't imagine how hard it must be to blindly support someone as stupid as Orly Taitz and to worship the ground she walks on.
Especially after one key piece of so-called "evidence" was supposed to be produced by this guy "Lucas Smith" (someone who was shown to be a scam artist, here on Free Republic) -- with him supposedly having Obama's Kenyan birth certificate and testifying for Orly Taitz, initially.
However, after he supposedly was jumping her bones (or something like that, and they had a "lover's quarrel", I think...) -- Lucas Smith is now calling Orly Taitz a liar (and a liar in court with her sworn testimony), while he is still "peddling" the Obama Kenyan birth certificate.
This whole area of the birth certificate is a scandal with just the poeple, themselves, who are supposedly producing all this "information"... LOL...
Lucas Smith, for those who don't know, is the guy who was selling Obama's birth certificate at eBay for about a million dollars, but the auction kept getting pulled and several other FReepers exposed him as a scam artist. After that, Orly Taitz picks him up as a star witness for her case, apparently... :-)

Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate.
The facts don’t matter if the procedure is a circus.
The real law work is done in reading the rules, doing the research, checking out the facts, and making the case.
If the nuts and bolts are not attended to, the court will never get to the facts.
