I understand your angst...
However, in a Republic, as envisioned by the Founders under the original Constitution, it is up to the people of Texas to keep pervert marriage out of the state.

If there is even the slightest hope that the Republic (and the individual freedoms and liberties now deceased) is to be restored, we must not add any more coffin nails.

So Texas should nullify a possible SCOTUS decision and Obama will order in the Airborne and then you have a Constitutional crisis. I sure hope that ends well.

Hmmmm! Hot sure how SCOTUS and the Airborne are relevant to this discussion.

We were discussing states rights under the 10th and the responsibility of one state to not impose, via Constitutional Amendment, a political or moral solution on all the other states just because of the inability to solve its own problem.
