People who blame the victims is kinda what psychopaths do. Have we seen this over and over, in the form of rape to mass murders like Columbine, 9/11, Fort Hood, etc. Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, Eric Harris/Dylan Klebold, Seung-Hui Cho, Lori Drew, and Gertrude Baniszewski engage in blaming the victim. They claimed they or someone they hold dear to was being victimized and they had to retaliate.

Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were bullies. They are textbook example of one. Klebold talked back to the teacher and was very belligerant. Eric Harris saw himself superior and taunted others as a result. He harassed Brooks Brown and it was very bad. Also, both had run ins with the law.
