The headline is a bit confusing. “Acorn gotcha man” means “the man who pulled a gotcha on ACORN”, not a gotcha man with ACORN.
I suspect a frame up here. I can’t see O’Keefe resorting to illegal wiretaps, when all he’d need to do is put on the pimp outfit.

I don't understand your question and statement. O'keefe is the guy who has been making videos busting ACORN. He was arrested for trying to put a wiretap in Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu's office in downtown New Orleans. The dude is likely in some serious trouble.

O’Keefe is the guy, I believe. And no, he’s no with ACORN and wasn’t with ACORN on this occasion. It sounds like he may have been attempting to get dirt on this senator.
