A new report by retired longtime intelligence officer Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, who served as chief of the CIAs Weapons of Mass Destruction Department, accuses the U.S. government of seriously misreading al-Qaidas operational objectives.
Al-Qaidas reasoning, according to Mowatt-Larssen's new report from Harvards Kennedy School, runs counter to analytic convention that equates the ease of acquisition of chemical, biological or radiological weapons with an increasing likelihood of terrorist use i.e., a terrorist attack employing crude weapons is therefore more likely than an attack using a nuclear or large scale biological weapon.

Obama’s first impulse is probably that the survivors of a WMD attack would help him make the case for government-run health care.
And that he could unionize those giving aid to survivors as SEIU workers.
And he would aspire to be Lincoln-like by suspending habeas corpus for anyone accused of committing a “backlash” against muslims.
He would launch a “green jobs” initiative to employ people in remediation of irradiated or biologically- or chemically-contaminated areas.
He would seek to end the war by apologizing for America being “arrogant” and “dismissive” and by traveling to Waziristan to bow before the al Qaeda leaders.
and now that we have let up on the pressure, they no longer have to play defense and can concentrate on offense.
i said it before and i’ll say it again:
during the 90s, they hit us every 12-18 months. they stopped after 9-11 due to the offense GW mounted, keeping them on the defensive. now that the pressure it up, i would not be surprised to see the attacks resume sometime between now and june (they’ve already tried at least once)
and of course they want nukes. that’s a given.
if they could get a magic box with a red button that, when pressed, would erase all Americans and Jews from the planet... the nutty muslims would be hitting it daily
