Ozone is created and destroyed by the sun's energy balance of UV-a and Uv-b. The sun has been behaving erratically of late, and so has the ozone hole. The CFCs destroying the ozone hole is a known liberal fraud. You need to examine the 'real raw data' not the manipulated data.

The peer reviewed ozone hole lies are about as reliable as the peer reviewed AGW lies.
