Joseph P. Kennedy II said today he regrets not seeking the U.S. Senate seat vacated by his uncle, but the former congressman has no plans to run against U.S. Sen.-elect Scott Brown in 2012.

Didn’t Uncle Ded Kennedy (D-HELL) teach this guy to NEVER say that?
Yeah. Regrets. Now shut up and make those deliveries.
He’s just being coy....
Too many girlfriends and infidelities to run in this day and age. The Kennedy mystique is finito
he’s one brain cell smarter than his cousin Patches.. that’s it
I’m surprised he wasn’t strongly urged to run by his supplier, Hugo Chavez.
Then again, O don’t know that he wasn’t.
The way I heard it, like most Kennedys, Joey has waaay too many skeletons rattling around in his closet and was told he’d be better off not having his past scrutinized.
Plus, if he’s close to half as inarticulate as Caroline, he’s too dumb even for the Senate.
TORCHIO???? TORCHIO???? YIKES!
There’s a reason Howie Carr calls Joe “The Wizard of Uhs”.
