AB 649 is Wisconsin's governor Doyle (D) highly touted bill to reduce CO2 emissions that adapt CA EPA regulations and mandate the way electricity is made 24% green to prevent "global warming".

CO2 emissions does not cause "global warming" read "the Patterson effect (linked). Through CO2 hyperbole politicians saw a method to collect more taxes through a system known as "cap and trade" or worse yet hook up with producers of green energy devices (snip)

CO2 hype also force-fed state and federal bureaus such as Clifornia's EPA into unmanageable unresponsive massive bureaucracies (snip)California EPA seems to have come up with feel good regulations that seem to come off of some LA graffiti filled wall. Where is the science behind those mandated regulations ?

Where Wisconsin is concerned its an example of what the "global warming" hoax is all about (snip) It seems a key contributer to lawyer Doyles campaign (snip) is also his EPA policy chief who owns a green industry (snip) both houses of the Wisconsin state legislature are controled by the democrats (snip) They had better defeat this or face defeat this year.

Kill it NOW!There are insane people running Cal EPA and CARB - Calif. Air Resources Board. They are 60's radicals who've come of age and are now in power. I can't believe another state has even considered these regulations, much less intend to implement them.

Unless Wisconsin wants to commit economic suicide, all good Cheeseheads must crush the politicians who are pushing these job-killing rules.

OTOH, I'm sure Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota are rooting for the Governor to get these thru.
