Hopefully, they are telling him to dance to the middle or they all will start hammering on him, big time.

There’s nothing like being threatened by a powerful ex-CIA chief!

Old Bushie still has a lot of clout!

You are right about the Bushes being country club republicans of the worst sort. As for this covert long term plan you discern, I dunno...I don't think they'd be smart enough to pull it off.

Maybe the 0 wants out, trying to put a good heroic face on, while some one knows he is constitutionly un-qual. to be prez. Remember the Jim Reeve song, ‘’he’s got to go’’?

"Good grief. That is as irrational a post as I’ve ever seen on FR, and that’s saying something."

Hey! That's what the Bilderbergers want.

I don't think they'd be smart enough to pull it off.

Agreed. But I think they think they are smart enought to pull it off. Problem is, if they try, they might have enough influence to sink the Republican nominee in 2012. That would result in a second Obama term.

I didn't see anyone say the Bushes were evil. Just naive.

How do you see a CIA operative in Vietnam, former head of the CIA, oil wildcatter, vice-President, and President as "naive"? He's a lot of things, but not naive.

GHWB did more than anyone to dissipate the Reagan legacy through "bipartisanship" with a Democrat majority and taking the blame for the consequences. He gave us Clinton, just like his son pissed away the first potential Republican majority in seventy years and gave us Obama to boot. In the same way, Bush II did so by conciliation to Democrats and "moderates" and took the blame upon Republicans for the consequences of leftist policies in the process.

Hmmm.....now, that could be interesting also.

Unfortunately, I also see an alternate reason that has the Bush’s supporting Obama is some strange way.

To help maintain my sanity during this period, I’ll dwell on my preferred plan - set Obama right, big time.

I was hoping the Skull And Bones crowd is telling Obama he needs to go, and they’re here to “help”.

Yeah...I saw that movie too, LOL.

Every day more people are realizing how much better of a president Bush was then Obama is.

By the time 2012 rolls around I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jeb in the fore front.

Oh puhleeeeeeeeze!!

One thing the Bush family is famous for is SUPPORTING THE “OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT”.

Through the friendship of the Bush family, most prominently, George HW Bush, Bill Clinton began to get a grip on the staggering weight of what being a former PRESIDENT really means. Through their coaching, I saw Bill take a deep breath and begin to act more dignified and less like a school boy unleashed in a girls’ dorm.

While Bill Clinton has continued to have his lady affairs, and the media has continued to cover them up .. I do believe there was a good outcome from the Bushs’ interference.

I can’t help but wonder if the Bush’s believe Obama needs a steading hand at this moment of great uncertainty. While I’m not so sure this Marxist President will be open to anything the Bush’s have to say, I can’t help but admire them for wanting to help keep the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY from becoming tainted with another IMPEACHMENT.

I realize I could be way off the mark here, but I’ve never known the Bush family to BASH the presidency .. it’s the Obama admin who has won the prize for doing that.

Probably to help Obama's "I Surrender " speech. You know, the one where Obama signs a truce with Al Qaeda and the Taliban.

We'll wind up paying them some sort of payoff.

Oh,and they, (Al Qaeda and the Taliban ), will still try to kill Americans anyways.

I don't think there's any other reason in the world for the two Bush men to go out in snowy roads, or for Obama to spend a half hour with them.

To the contrary there could be a very good reason and it is not as mysterious and conspiratorial.

Personally I think that bamby is being told to grow up and quit the “blame Bush” copout.

Whatever he was supposed to get done he is blowing it (good for we American Citizens.)

He is probably obsessing on Death Care to “fulfill his legacy” and they wanted him to move on to amnesty. Both the Bush’s supported it. George H.W. Bush pushed it with Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), where George H.W. Bush granted amnesty to 2.6 million illegal aliens back in '86 and GW’s comment on the McCain-Kennedy amnesty push in 2006-2007 was “See you at the signing.” (remember that one?)

Well, The Øne is (or has) burned off every scrap of his resources on Death Care and is not taking care of business with amnesty.

Other agenda items? I don’t think the current carbon tax, “cap and trade” is going anywhere as the entire globull warming scam has been found out and is falling apart. Gun control is probably out of reach right now as well.
