Since Friday, ABC has devoted 60 minutes and 23 seconds to interviews covering the most salacious details of John Edwards' sex scandal. Yet, the network's anchors have refrained from referring to him as a Democrat. 20/20 on Friday spent the entire hour talking to Andrew Young, a former top Edwards aide who allegedly holds a sex tape involving the politician. The D-word was never used by reporter Bob Woodruff.

So much for a so-called deathwatch of the MSM
No reason mentioning the obvious...
We are reminded by Mr. Young that one of Mr. Edwards's early boosters was the late Ted Kennedy, who "saw almost unlimited potential in this young, energetic, well-spoken, good-looking Southerner." In a conversation with Mr. Young, Mr. Kennedy waxed sentimental about Washington in the early 1960s: "It used to be civilized. The media was on our side. We'd get our work done by one o'clock and by two we were at the White House chasing women. We got the job done, and the reporters focused on the issues. . . . It was civilized." We now know that Mr. Edwards's idea of civilization was much the same as Kennedy's.
They said he was a scum bag didn’t they? Then calling him a Democrat would be redundant.
So democrats are getting better ...in Ted the swimmer’s day, they killed the threats to their power, but now in Chaser Edwards’ day they merely buy them off and tell the media to ignore. IS this evolution?
Next thing ya know, they will claim Democrats are pro-life since hot pants Edwards didn’t make his ‘extra’ abort his issue.
WOW.. the SRM alphabet networks really piling on the Silky Pony now. Just a bunch of back benchers following the investigative work by that prestigious National Enquirer!
Just waiting until the water got warm before wading into the tide... geldings for their Dem overlords!
Yeah, that would be an olbermann-esq “logical” leap there.
