A new Research 2000 poll of more than 2,000 Republicans, conducted for the liberal blog Daily Kos, has some eyebrow-raising findings:

Well, one thing I have noticed.
The New York Times hires the stupidest possible conservatives to be their conservative columnists. But the Wall Street Journal hires the stupidest possible liberal to be their liberal columnist.
So maybe the Daily Kos is out to prove a point here.
For the first two beliefs I am with the majority, and for the remaining I am in the minority. So am I still a Republican? or just a consistent conservative who isn’t running for office?
My Lab/Damatian mix is more qualified to be president than Obambi is and I can prove she was born here.
Can we ask the other 47% to please exit quickly through the nearest fire exit?
And probably 80% of freepers believe all of the above.
The same Research 2000 that predeicted Coakley would win by 5%.
This just in! Shocking new poll shows 75% of Americans never heard of MSNBC and of the remaining quarter 20% don’t think it’s a real news station.
The people who took this poll have just Earned Olby’s worst person in the world award.

We don't know where he was born, because he won't tell us for sure.
31% believe the president hates white people.
He certainly doesn't like them very much.
24% believe the president wants the terrorists to win.
He wouldn't lose any sleep if they brought us down a notch or two. Nothing he's not trying to do himself.
23% believe their state should secede from the union.
Any state interested in freedom would -- tomorrow.
I took a poll to9night. 100% of people polled believe nobama should resign TONIGHT!
So I went to the source and found out that 2,003 respondents were called up on the phone. Here’s how they managed to massage the numbers:
Demigraphically, the poll underrepresented the Northeast (18% of the population, 11% of the poll) and overrepresented the South (36 percent of the population, 42 percent of the poll.) The Midwest seems to have been polled at the right number; the West is a little overrepresented.
Viola! A skewed poll showing more fundemental Christian values. Not that this is bad, but it shows.
Then they polled 56 percent men, 44 percent women. Again, skewed toward a more conservative base.
Here are some other things not reported since it doesn’t fit the leftist template:
Practically all Republicans believe that marriage means an equal partnership between a man and a woman. Most believe that contraception is fine and women should work outside the home. The pill is not equated with abortion. I would guess all these questions are “poison pills” inserted into the poll to make Republicans look like fools or Neandertals. Since they weren’t able to do that, they’ll have to focus on the one-third that would rather secede than live under the dictatorship of the proletariat.
Actually, as soon as I saw it was associated with the Daily Kos, I knew there was fraud in there somewhere.
