Just goes to show that the educated people at FR are 'way ahead of the curve. Somebody needs to let the deadly duo how poorly they fared. Maybe they'll take a hint.

Good result. Statistically insignificant, though.

Romney was a better candidate than McCain & Huck until McCain picked Sarah.

Romney would have been a far better POTUS than Obama.

If there are better GOP candidates out there - they should show their mettle and man up. The dilemma is - Pubbies are either too obnoxious or too humble.

Where's my John McCain vote?

Interesting. This was about as rigged as a Chicago election in an ACORN district. ;P

“I am still perplexed as to how McCain ever got the nomination.”

He’s the media’s boy.

Ignorance brought us McCain. We need to get smarter...FAST.

Poll after the 2008 election:

Voters Unaware of Candidates’ Immigration Positions; McCain Supporters Farthest Off the Mark

# Only 34 percent of McCain voters, 42 percent of Clinton voters, and 52 percent of Obama voters correctly identified their candidate as favoring eventual citizenship for illegal immigrants who meet certain requirements.
# Of McCain voters, 35 percent mistakenly thought he favored enforcement that would cause illegals to return home, another 10 percent thought he wanted mass deportations, and 21 percent didn’t know his position.
# Voters often held different positions from the candidate they supported. Only 31 percent of McCain voters had the same immigration position as he does[snip]

I didn't get in on the poll, but I like who's on top. With the onslaught of anti-Palin post we see on FR almost on a daily bases now, I'm surprised the poll was not Freeped, uhhhhhh I mean Paulped by the Ron Paul people.
