From what I hear his big problem is the transition back to the USA from Indonesia. When he was Barry Sotero an Indonesian citizen where he could not have been an American at the same time. He would have to have been an immigrant from Indonesia and not eligible due to the laws.

I think the whole citizenship thing is a hoot. I have for the 5th time in 19 years had to prove I was a US citizen(I was born aboard) for my brother's security clearance investigations. Yet, his ultimate boss, the Commander in Chief, hasn't had to do establish his citizenship once, even though he was fathered by a foreign national and used scholarships for foreign nationals. It really is not that hard to prove citizenship if you are actually a citizen. I wonder what would happen if my brother told the security clearance investigators that they were crazy birthers for questioning my citizenship...I mean at least in our case it has been proven 4 times previously and not with the COLB from the 57...errr I mean 50th state.

No, that probably wouldn't end it. The constitutional requirement is that the president be a natural born citizen. The definition used in a dozen supreme court cases as well as preparatory to the fourteenth amendment, and stated by Marshall, Story, Waite, Jay, Kent,... is from Vattel’s Law of Nations, the textbook used by Thomas Jefferson when he created the course on Natural Law and The Law of Nations in 1779 at William and Mary “Born in the country of parents who are its citizens.” Obama was born a subject of the British Commonwealth. His father was never, and never intended to be a U.S. citizen. Obama is not a constitutional president and he knows it - but doesn't respect The Constitution. He is counting on our ignorance.
