I agree with you in theory that he should be able to give the money to whom he wants and if that was actually the case, that he could give it to whites only etc, then so be it.

IIRC some years ago, the court overturned a will that left money to fund a school for fatherless white boys.

Steven Girard from way back Philadelphia left a fortune to establish what came to be known as Girard College for poor white males. Was always projected as a model operation with first class results.
Back in the fifties or early sixties a Philadelphia NAACP activist, Cecil B Moore, sued, won and the the will of Steven Girard was broken.

You and I both know that before Obama's inauguration he could have excluded members of the same race as the POTUS - and that now that's the one thing he cannot do.I once received literature from a state college, which volunteered the information that I could get a break on tuition if I were a black, an Indian (everyone born here is a native, after all), or a woman. IOW, anything but what I am. But of course they didn't want to say that out loud - they just wanted it to be known.

That's the same as saying "It's my house, my business, etc and I can sell/rent them to whomever I want. It's blatant discrimination but unfortunately, we no longer have anyone with guts in this country that would challenge this. It's discrimination pure and simple. It became 'public' when he made it a scholarship. My next computer will be a Mac. I've had it with atheist Gates and his trampling of the very country and people that put him on the map. Man......IBM really had their heads up their asses as did Steve Jobs. Gates 'stole' from Jobs. I'm not saying Jobs is any better but until we get someone on the scene other than those 2, there's little choice.

While this is true, can you imagine the S*** storm that would cover him if he had said that any other race had been ineligible for his scholarships? What if he had specifically excluded Hispanics or blacks instead of white kids? The bottom line is it's more than ok to discriminate against whites in the United Socialist States of Amerika.
