Congressional Republicans lashed out at White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan, who said Sunday that the lawmakers were told the Christmas Day terrorist attacker was taken into FBI custody.
Brennan said on NBC's "Meet the Press" that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio), Sen. Kit Bond (R-Mo.) and Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.) were all briefed on Christmas Day and that they raised no objections.

I think the term “lashed out” in this context means “answered the phone when we called and asked for a comment.”
This means White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan must resign!

Can you imagine what it’s like to sit in a room in the white house and spend the entire agenda discussing how best to lie to America.

This bunch of gradeschool pansies in this administration from the very top have absolutely no capacity to take any kind of blame for 20/20 stupid decisions and always strive to take anyone they can down into the sewer with them. Granted, I could care less about the elites in both parties but expecting the other party leaders to make assumptions based on general unsecured infromation is the height of childish moronic behavior.
Brennen got to where he is by riding the wave of doers around him while constantly keeping his nose planted with super glue in the posterior orifice of those who were his superiors. The peter principle in full glowing view.
Those of us who were unfortunate enough to have worked with a slimeball like this know exactly the distain I have for such people.
He and his team can whine all they want but when anyone else emits a peep, it is partisan bickering and obstructionism.

I said on Day One, he should have disappeared from that flight and never been heard from again. The question all over the Arab street the next few days should have been “what happened to good ol’ Abdul what's-his-name?”
He was going to be convicted regardless, the question was could a properly trained interrogation team get some very valuable intel from him.
We'll never know. And for that there is blood on the hands of those who handled this case from the git-go!

Does anybody think that when Al Q sent the christmas over, that if he had failed in his suicide mission that he would be read his Miranda Rights and they would have time to disprerse and yet achieve their plans. Look O is so messed up in the head that Al Q is right there in the middle able to discern every move this Moronic Administration is going to do.. So The undies bomber failed and pretty so O will come out and tell every how the bomb failed, clearing the way for them to perfect what to do. Cut the guys scrotum open and put it inside with a small trigger, and sew it back up. or pack a woman’s breast with the same stuff and have some type of way to utilize a needle and blow herself up.
I really think it represents how unable liberals are to think ahead and plan beyond the next obvious step. It’s like they have an idea and once that’s been realized then the project is over. The same way they want to ‘do something’ and once they’ve kicked off the process they never check back to see if it worked or maybe made the situation worse. I’m not sure but what it’s not a matter of ‘doing something’ to salve their conscience, sorta like once they’ve done something then they’re off the hook.
Politicians though are much more deceitful, they use the fact liberals want to do something as an excuse to spend money, much of which finds itself into their pockets and into the pockets of their supporters.
