Obama could pull out a pistol and shoot the Chief Justice and the GOP would not vote to impeach him. Been there, done that.
If they had enough backbone to impeach they would have won the last election.
Gee, I thought the GOP House voted to impeach Clinton. And that they gained a majority of the Senate...but failed to get the 2/3 vote they needed because the Democrats, even knowing Clinton was guilty, wouldn't vote to convict.
So, how is it the Republicans failed you, brother?
