It would be great to make voters show a picture ID. And stamp hands with the same ink that you get when you go to a club.
And the only people who should get absentee ballots would be service people.
Those steps would make democrat voter fraud more difficult...therefore they have been against such steps.

That is generally correct, and I was in the room.
The ABC News report on his talk added a comma between “civic” and “literacy”, which changes the meaning in a significant way.
I have not been able to find video of Tancredo’s complete talk. I am disappointed at this, since he told an anecdote about a school visit that more should hear.
