Do you have a source for that Ben Nelson info? I thought the DNC paid for $500,000 worth of ads defending him after the sell-out. Did he get an additional $500,000? Has he filed his campaign contribution report for this quarter? This is juicy.

If you look in the dictionary at the entry for “weasel”, you’ll see a picture of Blago.

Did the $500K to Nelson come from the DNC?

If it did, where did the DNC get it---the WH?

Let the FBI find out.

The DNC said the money was for ads. No telling if it all was spent that way. Either way it was a payoff.

MANIFESTATIONS OF RAHM: BALLETOMANE, ISRAELI MILITARY VOLUNTEER, CHICAGO POLITICO, CLINTON ADVISOR and GOLDMAN SACHS "ADVISOR," WALL STREET MULTI-MILLIONAIRE, CONGRESSMAN (FOUNDED RAHM EMANUEL CHARITABLE TRUST TAX DODGE), WHITE HOUSE COS (and he wasn't even voted "Most Likely to Succeed")

RAHM TIMELINE

1991 Rahm volunteered for “Sar’el”——a three-week Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) training program (like US boot camp) where civilians are trained to assist the Israeli military. Civilians like Rahm lived on an IDF military base to get the proper training. A civilian volunteer, Rahm assisted the IDF during the 1991 Gulf War, repairing truck brakes in one of Israel’s northern bases.

Rahm's father was an Israeli who was part of the Irgun--the underground resistance movement under the British Mandate. Obama has stated that Rahm tells him "everything he needs to know about Israel." As a dual Israeli-American citizen, it is not clear whether a dual citizen is permitted to serve in a high level US govt job that makes policy decisions for Americans. Rahm also gets to sit in on top national security briefings next to Obama.

1992 Emanuel's knowledge of the top Dem donors, and his affinity rapport with potential donors within the Jewish community (who were luckily making zillions "investing" with Bernie Madoff), helped Clinton amass a then-unheard-of sum of $72 million which nailed his victory.

1993 Emanuel became a senior advisor to Clinton 1993-1998. Emanuel was initially Assistant to the President for Political Affairs and then Senior Advisor to the President for Policy and Strategy. He was a leading strategist in the unsuccessful White House efforts to institute universal healthcare and many other Clinton initiatives.

1993 One of Rahm's proudest moments was an event that touched his political sensibilities and his personal ties to Israel as a dual citizen and a volunteer in the Israeli military: the 1993 Rose Garden signing ceremony after the Oslo Accords between Israel and the PLO which cost US taxpayers several hundred billion dollars. Emanuel directed the details of the ceremony, down to the choreography of the famous handshake between Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and PLO leader Yasser Arafat (as terrorism resumed shortly thereafter).

1998 While official Washington was in the throes of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Rahm Emanuel, a senior political aide to Pres Bill Clinton, ventured out to an elegant restaurant in Dupont Circle for something of a job interview, The New York Times’s Michael Luo writes.

John Simpson, who ran the Chicago office of the investment banking boutique Wasserstein Perella & Company, had flown to Washington to meet with Mr. Emanuel at the behest of Mr. Simpson’s boss, Bruce Wasserstein, a major Democratic donor and renowned Wall Street dealmaker who had gotten to know Mr. Emanuel.

“I had this idea that this could work and that it had upside,” Mr. Wasserstein, now chairman and chief executive of Lazard, the investment bank, told The Times. “It worked out better than I could have hoped.” And better than Mr. Emanuel could have imagined as well.

Over the course of a three-hour-plus dinner, Mr. Simpson and Mr. Emanuel discussed how they might work together. Shortly afterward, Mr. Emanuel accepted an offer, nudging him down what has by now become a well-trodden gilded path out of politics and into the lucrative world of business.

1998 Wonder Boy Rahm resigned his position as an advisor to Bill Clinton, to become a Wall Street investment banker with Wasserstein Perella, (now Dresdner Kleinwort), where he worked until 2002.

1999 Just like that (snaps fingers)----in 1999, Rahm became managing director at their Chicago office. According to Congressional disclosures, Emanuel made $16.2 million in his 2 1/2 year stint as a Wasserstein Perella banker (AND probably paid all his taxes).

Amazingly, with those contacts, Rahm became a multi-millioniare overnight----and he wasn't even voted "Most Likely To Succeed."

At Wasserstein Perella, Rahm worked on eight deals, including the acquisition by Commonwealth Edison of Peco Energy and the purchase by GTCR Golder Rauner of the SecurityLink home security unit from SBC.

2002 Rahm then ran for Congress (successfully, OF COURSE). Luckily (/snic) members of the securities and investment industry became Rahm's biggest backers, donating more than $1.5M up to 2002, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.

2006 Rahm also leaned heavily upon the financial industry as 2006 Dem Congressional Campaign Committee Chair. Financial industry donors contributed more than $5.8M to the Dem committee (behind only retirees).

Remember, the point of Obama bringing Rahm in was so that "tolerant and compassionate bi-partisan Rahm" could work constructively w/ Congress to pass an ambitious agenda.......

Here's tolerant Rahm expressing his feelings for America on Obama's inauguration day.

That was not my question. Did the DNC spend the money on ads, or did they give it to Nelson’s campaign? Did the ads run? If so, who paid for them, the DNC, or Nelson’s campaign? I am not denying it worked like a payoff, but in these kind of debates, it helps to get your facts straight — especially if people are being urged to call the FBI and report a crime.

The DNC transferred the money on 12/28/09.

If you want to find out just how the funds were spent (or laundered) I suggest you do your own research. Good luck, as disclosure reports aren’t filed yet.

The DNC "said" the $500K he got after voting for O/Care was for Nelson's campaign ads. No telling if it was spent that way. Either way it was a payoff.

Did the DNC get the $500K from the WH slush fund? Money usually leaves a paper trail---and money used for candidates is tightly regulated.

It might be postulated that Nelson, Reid, Landrieu, and unions like SEIU that received payoffs, colluded to deceive, and facilitated election fraud. If it is determined that they conspired to collude, that could be actionable

FBI TIP PAGE http://tips.fbi.gov/ (you may remain anonymous)

The FBI should interrogate Reid, Landrieu, Nelson, unions like SEIU that received payoffs, to determine whether they colluded with the WH to misuse govt money and Congressional influence. Receiving anything of value ---money, jobs, campaign contributions, political cover to facilitate votes, is illegal.

POSSIBLE CHARGES
official acts prohibited,
misuse of Congressional funds,
abuse of public office;
violating oath of office;
misuse of government position;
abuse of government power;
conflict of interest;
influence buying;
conspiracy to deceive;
misuse of elective office,
collusion,
conspiracy to collude;
government fraud.

Official finance records filed with the FEC, and state election commissions by Nelson, Reid, Landrieu and unions like SEIU that received payoffs should be scrutinized for possible violations. Determine if names of contributors are legit and whether campaign funds were used illegally, and whether elected officials received tax dollars disguised as campaign contributions to influence Congressional votes.

Obama may have colluded and agreed to give something of value: campaign cover, campaign assistance, campaign cash, a govt gratuity, jobs for relatives, etc, in exchange for votes and support.

FBI TIP PAGE http://tips.fbi.gov/ (you may remain anonymous)

Keep in mind that elected officials are held to a higher legal authority---what is acceptable behavior for citizens might be a crime for elected legislators under oath of office.

=======================================

Once again, let the FBI find out.

FBI TIP PAGE http://tips.fbi.gov/ (you may remain anonymous)

========================================

HOW PAYOFFS MIGHT HAVE BEEN FACILITATED Obama has several huge slush funds:

(a) 80% of the trillion dollar stim passed by Congress is unspent and under his control...being hoarded to finance endangered Dem. (b) June 9, 2009 Obama announced, "Several financial institutions are set to pay back $68B to taxpayers." Taxpayers assumed that would be returned to the general funds from whence it had come .......in order to pay down the debt. The truth, however, is that the money returned is finding new life as part of what amounts to a Treasury Dept-controlled slush fund....to finance candidates.

ANOTHER SLUSH FUND Remember that the first four years of ObamaCare is to amass $$billions. Period. Healthcare does not kick in til 2013.

Another gimmick pushes much of the legislation’s costs off the federal budget and onto the private sector by requiring individuals and employers to purchase health insurance....or be fined or go to jail (only illegals are exempt from this provision).

You still have not answered the pertinent questions. It is a matter of record, and has been reported widely, that the DNC gave the Nebraska Democratic Committee $459,760, which the Committee used to run television spots on Nelson’s behalf. The ads ran. Both the DNC and the Nebraska Democrats have acknowledged this. My question was, and is, did they illegally give another $500,000 to Nelson’s campaign, as is being claimed? It is not illegal for the DNC to give the Nebraska Democrats money to run ads supporting a Democrat, as bad as the timing looks. And people would look a little silly reporting that to the FBI. All that said, OF COURSE THIS WAS A PAYOFF, duh, but it would be nice to know if this was a “legal” payoff, or if the law was actually broken.

Barry Ohaha could be caught by the FBI in bed with both a live boy and a dead girl, and they wouldn't do shiite. Because... Eric Holder would immediately take personal charge of the 'investigation' and determine that the little boy and girl sexually attacked Ohaha and he had to kill one in self defense.

THEN... the little boy would be whisked off in the dead of night to the Federal ADX (Admax) Prison in Florence Co, never to be seen again.

The History International Channel runs a multi-episode program called 'Hitler's Henchmen'. They better get ready to update that series, Gangsters are running the government today. (and not 'good' gangsters)

The $459,760 payment is on record, as is an additional $20,008 on December 31, 2009. The expenditures are not on yet file, some not incurred.

Was this a “legal” payoff, some or all? I just don’t know. Did the Nebraska Democratic Committee transfer money to Ben Nelson’s campaign, or promise future payments? Hard to know.

I certainly hope so. This is a Thug Administration from top to bottom. Everything they do is illegal and/or unconstitutional. From issuing unlawful EOs to protecting criminal Black Panthers from prosecution.

Sheesh, at least 'Chancellor Hitler' and his Henchmen like Himmler followed 'the laws'. These commieRATS are so brazen they don't even bother to make their criminality appear legit.

Blagojevich And The SEIU

From pdf page 62 of the Blagojevich indictment [pdf] (page 60 as the indictment is numbered).

Later on November 7, 2008, ROD BLAGOJEVICH discussed the open Senate seat in a three-way call with JOHN HARRIS and Advisor B, a Washington D.C.-based consultant.

ROD BLAGOJEVICH indicated in the call that if he was appointed as Secretary of Health and Human Services by the President-elect, then ROD BLAGOJEVICH would appoint Senate Candidate 1 to the open Senate seat.

HARRIS stated “we wanted our ask to be reasonable and rather than make it look like some sort of selfish grab for a quid pro quo.” ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated that he needs to consider his family and that he is “financially” hurting.

HARRIS said that they are considering what will help the “financial security” of the Blagojevich family and what will keep ROD BLAGOJEVICH “politically viable.”

ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated, “I want to make money.” During the call, ROD BLAGOJEVICH, HARRIS, and Advisor B discussed the prospect of working a three-way deal for the open Senate seat. HARRIS noted that ROD BLAGOJEVICH is interested in taking a high-paying position with an organization called “Change to Win,” which is connected to Service Employees International Union (“SEIU”).

HARRIS suggested that SEIU Official make ROD BLAGOJEVICH the head of Change to Win and, in exchange, the President-elect could help Change to Win with its legislative agenda on a national level.

Advisor B asked why SEIU Official cannot just give the job to ROD BLAGOJEVICH. HARRIS responded that it would be just a big “give away” for SEIU Official and Change to Win since there are already individuals on the Change to Win payroll doing the functions of the position that would be created for ROD BLAGOJEVICH.

HARRIS said that Change to Win will want to trade the job for ROD BLAGOJEVICH for something from the President-elect.

HARRIS suggested a “three-way deal,” and explained that a three-way deal like the one discussed would give the President-elect a “buffer so there is no obvious quid pro quo for [Senate Candidate 1].”

ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated that for him to give up the governorship for the Change to Win position, the Change to Win position must pay a lot more than he is getting paid right now. Advisor B said that he liked the idea of the three-way deal. ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated that he is interested in making $250,000 to $300,000 and being on some organization boards.

Advisor B said they should leverage the President-elect’s desire to have Senate Candidate 1 appointed to the Senate seat in order to get a head position with Change to Win and a salary. Advisor B agreed that the three-way deal would be a better plan than ROD BLAGOJEVICH appointing Senate Candidate 2 to the Senate seat and getting more done as Governor.

On November 8, 2008, ROD BLAGOJEVICH talked with JOHN HARRIS about the Senate seat. During the conversation, ROD BLAGOJEVICH and HARRIS discussed whether it would be possible to obtain a financial benefit for ROD BLAGOJEVICH’s wife in relation to the Senate seat.

Specifically, ROD BLAGOJEVICH referred to his wife’s Series 7 license and asked “is there a play here, with these guys, with her” to work for a firm in Washington or New York at a significantly better salary than she is making now. Also, ROD BLAGOJEVICH wanted to know whether SEIU could do something to get his wife a position at Change to Win until ROD BLAGOJEVICH could take a position at Change to Win.

Now what are the odds that Obama had nothing to do with all this?

Looks like Balanoff is “Advisor A” in the timeline, post #11.

(no link)

Blagojevich went fishing for post in Obama’s cabinet
Star-Ledger, The (Newark, NJ) - Thursday, December 25, 2008
Author: DAVID LIGHTMAN, ASSOCIATED PRESS
Rod Blagojevich , the secretary of health and human services?

Apparently, the embattled Illinois governor thought it might be a good idea for him to be President-elect Barack Obama’s point man for one of the most difficult, highest-priority issues that the incoming 44th president plans to tackle.

It came up in a conversation between Obama confidante Valerie Jarrett - who thought that the notion of any cabinet post for Blagojevich was “ridiculous” - and Illinois union official Tom Balanoff , who also was very skeptical, according to the Obama team’s review of contacts with the governor.

Federal prosecutors allege that Blagojevich talked about trying to secure a cabinet appointment or an ambassadorship in return for naming a successor who was acceptable to Obama, who resigned his Senate seat last month.

The four-page Obama report found no inappropriate contact between Obama and his staff and Blagojevich and his staff.

U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has said Obama, who had held the seat since January 2005, wasn’t involved in the matter, and the president-elect has said he knew nothing about the schemes.

Jarrett was thought to be a contender for the job, but she took herself out of the running Nov. 9. Five days later, Obama said she would be a senior adviser in his White House.

On Nov. 7, the report said, Jarrett, then still a potential Senate contender, spoke with Balanoff , who heads the Services Employees International Union Illinois State Council.

Jarrett said she had “no contact or communication” with Blagojevich or his staff about the vacancy. Balanoff isn’t a member of the governor’s staff and “did not purport to speak for the governor on that occasion,” the report says.

Balanoff said he’d talked to Blagojevich about naming Jarrett to Obama’s Senate seat, according to Jarrett, and “told her that the governor had raised with him the question of whether the governor might be considered as a possible candidate to head up the Department of Health and Human Services in the new administration.”

According to Jarrett, Balanoff told Blagojevich , “It would never happen.”

Balanoff “did not suggest that the governor, in talking about HHS, was linking a position for himself in the Obama Cabinet to the selection of the president-elect’s successor in the Senate,” the review adds.
