Mr Adrià, 47, considered one of the world's greatest chefs, has achieved semi-mythical status for his restaurant on the Costa Brava that charges eye-watering prices for unfamiliar concoctions. Diners who manage to reserve a table at the hugely-oversubscribed restaurant, which is only open from June to December and already has 3,000 people on the waiting list for the coming summer If you are running a famous, luxury-oriented business that has that kind of demand and are still losing money, then you're a colossal moron.

Chocolate and hazelnut are perfect foods together, I have no idea what verveine tastes like, but as it is a liquour, I would assume it would add some moisture to the chocolate sablet and create a gritty, moist texture.
I would try it.

I know that Anthony Bourdain did a show featuring him and this restaurant.

Wow. And I like to cook. You need to get out more. What the hell is a sablet?

What is a sablet? Chocolate and hazelnuts are two of my favorite foods.

It’s a crumbly, cake like thing. I’ve only had it once, and it was a lemon sablet crust tart cooked by a French woman.

Geez. At least call it what it is, which is probably liver ice cream with a lung sauce.
eel banana ice cream, smoked tobiko, caramelized white chocolate nitsume sauce, warm nippon-flavored chicken liver pâté, sweet and sour kumquats.
Couldn't find lung sauce but what about eel? Would you like one scoop or 2?

Yes, that's the not adding up part. The waffle house part was just good eating and actually the coffee it quite good as well. LOL
Probably not a place to frequent if cholesterol is a worry in your life or if you don't want it to be a problem.

Though that looks like shad row. I can remember my grandmother wheeling into the kitchen to the frideg to eat that like ice cream after my father and I went to shad fish on the Delaware!

Aw, man. Where am I gonna go now for my lambs brains with sea urchins and sea grapes? Order ‘em at IHOP and they look at you like you wuz crazy or something. But man, with a little maple syrup and a dill pickle you really can’t beat ‘em.

Chicken fried chicken is my favorite dinner there.
Followed by their roast beast and sugar cured ham.
I LOOOVE breakfast there. I ALWAYS get the "country boy", sometimes I'll add some blackberry pancakes with whith cream-yum!!!!
Oops- Almost forgot, on Wednesdays they have chicken pot pie for lunch. Very good.

...already has 3,000 people on the waiting list for the coming summer... He says it was losing half a million euros a year.
The problem has been submitted to Obama's economic advisors. They say charge each diner 250 euros more and you will make 250,000 euros next year. Then you can send them half because you are rich.

I haven't ever tried deep fried ribs. I would like to try and deep fry a ham sometime. Fried ice cream is always good.
Heck I think just about anything would be good deep fried :)

“I haven’t ever tried deep fried ribs.”
I used to work in a chinese restaurant and they’d serve it for dinner sometimes. It’s one of the most scrumptious things I’ve ever had. That and the pastrami egg rolls.
