The AZ/DC Blog at AZCentral.com reports that J.D. Hayworth who is now officially running for US Senator Arizona versus John McCain in the GOP primary recentinly called Barack Obama to produce his birth certificate because of concerns about identity theft.
In a interview on CNN late Monday Hayworth used the example of fugitive Vietnam War protester Howard Mechanic. In 2000 Mechanic ran for Scottsdale City Council under an alias "Gary Tredway."
The blog quotes Hayworth as saying "For every race across the country, especially with identity theft in the news, it would be great that people can confirm who they say they are."

The possible thefts are Social Security numbers, selective service numbers, passport ID information, college entrance identify.

Who is Obama's birth doctor? Is that such a hard question for the President of the United States to answer?

Right now, I would just be satisfied with Obama coming out and announcing to all the world the name of his 1961 birth doctor so that the good doctor and his family can rightfully enjoy all the public glory and public rewards that a doctor who delivered a president of the united States should receive.
2. But surprisingly, dear old Obama has been conspicuously silent when it comes to publicly giving us his 1961 birth doctor's name.
3. Why is dear old Obama denying his 1961 birth doctor and his family all the public praise and rewards that a doctor who delivered the sitting President of the United States should be entitled to?
4. For instance, the doctor and his family could appear all over the television on such shows as Larry King, Hannity, O'Reilly, and Beck.
5. The good doctor could write a best-selling book about his experiences as a doctor at Kapiolani Hospital, the hospital where Obama says that he was born.
6. The good doctor could have a TV-movie made of his life, and he and his family could become rich and famous from books and movies.
7. The good doctor's family could have members who are important or not so important people today, people who could use the financial rewards and publicity that would come to them when Obama publicly announced the name of his 1961 Hawaii birth doctor.
8. But poor Obama, he is so silent about the name of his birth doctor.
9. So, again, why is the President of the United States behaving in such a terrible way and setting such a poor example to the people of the United States?
10. Could this be the reason: There is NO doctor name or hospital name on Obama's 1961 long form birth certificate?

Disproved by what salient facts in direct conflict with this alleged “memory”? Someone saying “I find the timing of this suspicious”, or someone pointing out that “anybody can say anything” doesn't mean that it was “disproved”, let alone “soundly disproved”.
The “testimony” of 0bama’s schoolteacher and friend of his mother Stanley doesn't hold much weight (anybody can say anything), but it is hardly a great mystery about who ‘supposedly’ delivered 0bama; that is all I am pointing out to the poster who presented it as some great unanswered question.
You may not like the answer, or accept the answer, or cast aspersions upon the validity of the answer; but there is an answer out there.
And it seems that the typical MO is ‘it is suspicious that nobody remembers anything’, unless they DO remember something, and then THAT is suspicious; unless it was 0bama’s Kenyan grandmother remembering, in which case her statement becomes “testimony”, and is ironclad “proof” that 0bama was born in Kenya. ;)

Where in the article does it say J.D. mentioned Obama’s Birth Certificate or Identity theft refering to him? The only thing he refers indetity theft too is the Mechanic feller.
If 0bama would produce documentaion of his life (non-forged, that is), then everyone would know all kinds of things.
Until that time, it is murky.

I think 0bama’s main reason behind hiding his college records is to hide what an affirmative action mediocrity he was and is.
And all the cries of “Free the Long Form and this would be over” are disingenuous at best. First there are those who would claim it was a forgery. Second there are those who would say that so long as the father listed is 0bama Sr.; then Obama isn't a natural born citizen based upon that fact alone.
