Will NOW demand that including male pregnant athletes be made a requirement for the next Olympics?
Aaaaaand this is relevant to anyone in the world except said pregnant athlete and her husband because ...
CURLING! I don’t think a woman with child will have much difficulty throwing a rock and doing a bit of sweeping... some housework is more strenuous than that...
by the by are there many instant replays?
one does have a choice, watching curling or paint dry...
It depends on how PG the athelete is. I should think that balance could be affected.
Don’t misunderstand me. I’m all in favor of a pregnant woman having all the rights and opportunities as anyone else. That include having the right and opportunity to take it easy if/when she feels like it.
If her water breaks would that be cheating ?
I was not expecting it to be obvious she was pregnant? But she most definitely is. Good for her.
Wow! (whistle) I would never have gotten any sleep today not knowing that. Cue up Will Ferrel and Conan O’Brian here.
NBC will go crazy if she wins gold, then her water breaks and she’s rushed to the hospital where she has a beautiful baby :)
