These kinds of things are not hard to find. The other day the top ranked site on Google Web search (not news search) for "Amy Bishop" was a scam site that pretended to scan my system for viruses and wanted to start two downloads. You can help Google nuke these sites if you go back to the search results page and click the "Dissatisfied. Help us improve" link at the bottom and tell them what you found.

You can also use a different search engine, but Yahoo and Bing aren't immune either although better in my experience when it comes to scam sites. And if you say Google is the best, try the blind search engine test at blindsearch.fejus.com - I think you will be surprised.
