Bill, take your own advice about Tiger Woods and stop talking about him!

Bill teeing of on the Oprahfication of the Tiger Woods case. Bill pointing out that the media seems to give others a complete pass. Magic Johnson and Bon Jovi et al. Then on this case they indulge in over kill. I had mentioned previously about the pass given to David Letterman and then the audience laughing audience about his coercion of women staff. Letterman while married of course. At least Woods did not coerce women. Likely some of them drew him in to an extent.

All this points to the still incredible power the press uses. Power they will use in 2010.

After he said he was tired of people talking about Woods, I looked at the clock.........he stopped talking about him after 6 minutes had passed. Just then, at the top of the hour (before the break), he said something else, like he was going to discuss it again, during the next hour...........Grrrrrrr

I heard that, too. Thankfully, he has a guest now at the top of the hour, but I’m tuning out at any point he starts talking about Tiger again. That subject has already received at least a hundred times more attention than it deserves around all the media.

Bush's deficit was 1.2 trillion? Is that what Cunningham said?

That's not exactly how I remember it.

When Obama won the Bush administration agreed to defer to his incoming administration matters vis-a-vis the 2009 budget.

There was of course Bush's Wall Street Treasury Secretary's TARP bonanza for Wall Street/Washington and disaster for Main Street America's future; but even there at least one-half (500 billion?) was left for Obama.

.. the third hour has started -- more Tiger Woods crap. I thought Cunningham spent the first two hours saying "Enough already!" Back to reading, off with the radio.
