In his message to Graham, Kivlan said the district attorneys office couldnt have brought gun charges against her at the time because they werent aware that the gun-wielding Bishop had threatened an auto body shop worker and another man after she killed her brother. What? Not even negligent homicide? Stupidity in the first degree? Felonious heinous haircut? Tons of stuff to charger her with!!

I just want to put you on notice that a repetition of statements that our office was corrupt or inept in not filing that charge wont go unchallenged simply by a phone call if its repeated, Kivlan warned.they werent aware that the gun-wielding Bishop had threatened an auto body shop worker and another man after she killed her brother
The classic dog ate my homework excuse. If you're taking flak, you are over the target.

Of course, the same Office that is completely ineffective in protecting the public from this menance, can muster the full majesty and might of the law to crush its critics.
