Last week Big Government reported that a “meeting of former Clintonistas and senior Democrat political operatives” headed by James Carville took place “to coordinate a push-back to the burgeoning tea party movement.”

For those who recall former President Bill Clinton’s impeachment, it is hardly surprising that the Clintonistas who saved the Clintons in 1998, when the Monica Lewinsky scandal became a threat to the Clinton’s political survival, are now plotting to ostensibly save the Democrat party.

A lot of people claim starting the Tea Party movement but this is where I think it reaally started:

1994 Hillary Clinton gets booed in Seattle while trying to sale us on Hillarycare. This one event was the spark that fired the infernal that consumed Hillarycare.

Anyone that would now vote for Hillary or Bill knowing their records and having suffered through them is certifiable.

Unfortunately, by November 2010, Hillary will be the seen as the savior of the Dem party. Just sayin. Clinton was a scoundrel, but had a decent economy (just don’t tell anyone that he and Greenspan used home equity to salvage the dot.com bust - they may start connecting the dots). In the average voters mind, they will remember good economics and contrast it with the obamanation they are dealing with today. Another irony is that Hillary will be viewed as seasoned old hand by November. Do you see any other Dem pols that have the name recognition of Hillary. God help us if Bill dies while Hillary is running for Pres - the sympathy vote would be overwhelming.
