“The senator said his comments at the editorial board meeting gave the wrong impression that President Bush had asked him to return to Washington during the 2008 campaign to help address the financial crisis.
It appears I gave that impression. I apologize for doing so, he said.”
It also appears that you are a bare-faced LIAR, Juan ;-)
BTT
John, John, blaming the former President for your lack of understanding what you were voting for, is not the path to follow.
McShame headed back to D.C. at the time of the “melt down” so he could get face time mugging it up as the guy who would step in and save the day, media whore that he is. Shortly thereafter, the uptick in the polls he had gotten from the Palin VP pick was frittered away.
I would never believe McShame had to be convinced to get involved in the “melt down” bailout; wild horses could not have kept him away.
Glad that lie has come out. When I first read Juan's statement I was highly suspicious, and knew I didn't remember anything like that. Juan was getting on a white horse and riding to the rescue, all on his own and looking damned silly while doing it.
Time to send JD a few dollars..McCain has to go..it will send a message to the other RINOS
“President Bush had asked him to return to Washington during the 2008 campaign to help address the financial crisis.”
Why would Bush do that? McCain knows nothing about finance
and everyone knows this. LOL!
McCain blows into rescue DC from a crisis and steps on a mine. McCain is always a victim, never his fault....he is the perpetual prisoner in his pea brain.
” I was misled” McCain
I was misquoted” McCain
“I was misconstrctconstruedawockle” Pogo
The word ‘misconstrctconstruedawockle’ fits my frame of mind as I waited in line to vote last Nov. McLame or Odumbo, I voted for Palin.
