I figured his spokesmen would keep hammering the Birther thing, but a full-blown ad replete with cameo by Orly Taitz? Quoth Ron Burgundy: “Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean, that really got out of hand fast.”
My feelings about Birtherism are well known and, needless to say, this is an efficient way of marginalizing Hayworth with undecided centrists who might otherwise be weary of decades of maverickiness. (Geraghty was moved this morning to note Hayworth’s willingness to make chitchat with the John Birch Society.)
But I hope McCain’s prepared to explain why he’s ready to go bareknuckle on Hayworth by linking him to Taitz when he refused to go bareknuckle on The One by linking him to Rev. Wright.
The single biggest knock on his campaign among grassroots righties was that he pulled his punches against Obama after years of “straight talk” about Republicans and conservatives.
I guess he figures, a la Romney, he doesn’t have a prayer with grassroots righties anyway and can afford to shrug off their irritation over the double standard, but he’s going to be asked about it. Wonder what the explanation will be..

I lost ALL respect for this asshat, when he not only defended his good "Bud" John "The Rat Bastard Snake" Kerry, in 04, but basically told us Nam Vets to sit down and shut up and we were more or less wrong to hold that bottom feeding scumbag, Kerry, responsible for his testimony before Congress and his having branded ALL of us as baby-killing, drugged, crazies, which caused most of us much consternation from having even our friends and family members distancing themselves as a result.
Many of us suffered in silence and even went so far as to be ashamed of our service to our country for nearly 30 years and as a Vietnam Vet, McCain's conduct (not to mention his treatment of the POW/MIA families being despicable) at the time was so beneath him (and for which he has NEVER apologized) will forever make him a pariah among many of us vets.

McCain really looks desperate putting something like this out and is exactly the kind of crap Daschle used against Thune and well, we all know what happened to Daschle. We kicked his butt to the curb!

Just like AGW, people who look at the issue.. mountains of problems, but are told they have no right to find the truth and the issue "is settled." Obama is hiding not just his original birth certificate but almost every identifying document relating to his life and career before the US Senate, and this demands exposure.
Kerry proved it was possible to hide behind a privacy shield to hide his DD-214 and this set the precedent for candidates to simply hide what they don't want to discuss. But, Barack Obama has chosen to hide virtually everything, and like the Global Warming hoax, this is unsustainable.
Cracks are already appearing, like the lack of any evidence of his actually attending Columbia University, and his open Marxist affiliations at Occidental. People are digging up the history one piece at a time outside of the "sealed" records.
The flaws in the AGW fraud were exposed years earlier too, the challenges to the "Hockey Stick" and NASA's Temperature database were pushed aside by political correctness which was borne of many people wishing AGW was true to facilitate their own personal and political agendas from Environmentalism to Socialism to weening the US off its dependency on the Middle East.
Obama's Birth issue is being protected because people don't want to face this truth because of all of the horrible consequences, but this is not enough to restrain truth..
The 911 truther's want to find that the US was behind the 911 attacks in spite of the overwhelming evidence, and physics and frankly the video evidence showing the airplanes hitting the buildings. It is driven by the generalization that the buildings fell just like an managed implosion like we have seen on TV so many times.. but is borne from the misunderstanding of what a great weight like the top of a building can do as it falls even only 20 or 30 ft. Once the bracing gave way, which was provided by the floors holding the columns of the exterior walls in place, it was all over.
Conversely Global Warming required one to deny cause and effect. The globe had been much warmer in the past than it is now. How did that happen? CO2 is not a very powerful green house gas and the historic record shows that we are a relative minimum rather than maximum which has been as high as 10 times the current level but the surface temperatures in those era's was not that much higher than now.
But with Obama, he has refused to provide the very same records we all must provide in many circumstances, such as applying for a job, to attend a University, etc. Its not just the Birth Certificate, which is just the beginning of odd. Its the fact that he had to have been a Citizen of Indonesia and there is no record of his re-acquiring his US citizenship. There is a form. Where it it?
He is a dual citizen, and there is no denying that. His father was a British Citizen at the time of his birth and was never ever an American Citizen. That is plainly not a characteristic of a natural born citizen as pertains to Article 2 of the Constitution. This was highlighted with respect to John McCain as recently as 2008 when his birth location became a question of controversy which was actually discussed and investigated and ultimately supported by the Senate in a meaningless resolution that proclaimed him "Natural Born" because his parents were both US Citizens and his father was in the Armed Services at the time. But, Barack Obama had no such resolution at the time, because that would have taken producing the very records he is withholding. John McCain did.
Obama my very well be a citizen by birth, which was codified by the 14th Amendment and immigration legislation that has followed as allowed by the same. But the Constitutional "Natural Born" citizen test of Article 2, Section 1 is not modified by the 14th Amendment. The "Natural Born" test was intended as a test of allegiance or lack of allegiance to any other Country. But, this is just the beginning. Everyone here has seen the huge list of missing documents, what other politician in history has been able to pull this off? So Birthers, are just folks who see the fat naked emperor and just can't believe everyone is going along with the gag..
And now John McCain is not only going along with the birther gag (Don't ask, we don't want to know!) but joining the persecution of those who are asking the hard questions. Well, he was a sucker for AGW too. Whats new.

Who is Obama's birth doctor? Is that such a hard question for the President of the United States to answer?
1. Right now, I would just be satisfied with Obama coming out and announcing to all the world the name of his 1961 birth doctor so that the good doctor and his family can rightfully enjoy all the public glory and public rewards that a doctor who delivered a president of the united States should receive.
2. But surprisingly, dear old Obama has been conspicuously silent when it comes to publicly giving us his 1961 birth doctor's name.
3. Why is dear old Obama denying his 1961 birth doctor and his family all the public praise and rewards that a doctor who delivered the sitting President of the United States should be entitled to?
4. For instance, the doctor and his family could appear all over the television on such shows as Larry King, Hannity, O'Reilly, and Beck AND BECOME INSTANTLY FAMOUS.
5. The good doctor could write a best-selling book about his experiences as a doctor at Kapiolani Hospital, the hospital where Obama says that he was born.
6. The good doctor could have a TV-movie made of his life, and he and his family could become rich and famous from books and movies.
7. The good doctor's family could have members who are important or not so important people today, people who could use the financial rewards and publicity that would come to them when Obama publicly announced the name of his 1961 Hawaii birth doctor.
8. But poor Obama, he is so silent about the name of his birth doctor.
9. So, again, why is the President of the United States behaving in such a terrible way and setting such a poor example to the people of the United States?
10. Could this be the reason: There is NO doctor name or hospital name on Obama's 1961 long form birth certificate?
