Fine. HMS York does carry two Vulcan Phalanx CIWS, NATO Seagnat, and DLF3 Decoy Launchers. The remainder of York's armament consistes of Twin Sea Dart Missile launchers, a 4.5 inch Mk 8 gun, and two 20mm Close range guns. The ship's Lynx helo can carry the Sea Skua AShM as well as other weapons.

That’s fair sized ship to have no anti-ship missiles of its own. The Sea Skua has a pretty small warhead compared to the Harpoons RN frigates carry.
