Somebody needs to tell the boy that Kauliphonia is broke. I don’t think the founding fathers ever intended for “judges” to have the power we have allowed them to grab.

Then the judge can pay for those furloughed employees out of his own pocket.

Take a good look. This is what happens when a system starts to collapse upon itself.

Here’s yet another story involving a judicial ruling where the media outlet doesn’t link to the judge’s decision, or even name the lawsuit. We, I suppose, are to take the media’s very limited - in this case non-existent - explanation of why the court ruled the way it did. Another reason to loathe the media.

He belongs to the "State Workers Party" the only party that counts in California
Arnold Schwarzenegger made some efforts in the beginning and they beat him like a red haired stepchild

Same Judge

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=117841
A judge has attacked parents, suggesting they are bigots for seeking to opt out their elementary-age children from a mandatory controversial pro-homosexual curriculum, according to a nonprofit law firm.

The parents were represented in California’s Alameda Superior Court by Pacific Justice Institute. On Dec. 1, Judge Frank Roesch denied a motion to allow them to have their children excused from the lessons.

According to the group, Roesch blasted the parents for seeking enforcement of a provision of the California Education Code that gives parents a right to opt their kids out of health education.

Gee, to cover back pay...and all salary moving forward...I guess we'll have to lay off 80,000 of the 240,000 state workers.

The pink slips should go out tomorrow morning.
