I’ll never understand why people don’t show up and vote. Brave men died face down in the mud and all we have to do is spend thirty minutes driving to the local polling place.

That article is disgusting. It opens with the typical “former Republican” story.
“Springfield resident Charlie Wilson spent 30 years in the Navy and used to voted for Republicans. But he has become dissatisfied with the direction of the political party and, much to the satisfaction of his left-leaning wife, now votes for Democrats.”
Chuck and the shrew he married can rot, if they actually exist.
I never trust those dissatisfied Republican stories, either. I think the name for them is Greg Packer, or something like that. I guess there will be a rematch between these two in the fall.
