Yeah, she's nuts, as are millions of other Americans, for demanding BO/BS obey the Constitution.

What form of proof of citizenship status is required by the Constitution? To whom does the Constitution say such proof should be provided?

Maybe Obama wants to obey the Constitution and just doesn't know how.
