No. Soros is not wanted in Russia. He is creating so much chaos that Russia wants him exactly where he is. And, he serves as a convient scapegoat for the Russians to attack.
There are actually many people who believe that Soros has been in the employ of the Russian/Soviet Intelligence Services (KGB/SVR) since World War II.
