House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Sunday that Republicans have left their mark on the healthcare bill and should accept that the bill will go forward.
"They've had plenty of opportunity to make their voices heard," she said on CNN's "State of the Union" Sunday morning. "Bipartisanship is a two-way street. A bill can be bipartisan without bipartisan votes. Republicans have left their imprint."
The public option, for example, has been stripped from the bill because Republicans were so adamantly against it, she said.
"They've had a field day going out and misrepresenting what the bill says," Pelosi said. "But that's what they do."

Americans are going to have their day in November, biatch!
The woman is a dim bulb elitist bent on taking over the entire nation. It is her own party that has prevented hers and Obama’s roughshod tactics. Republicans have been totally locked out.
Is she insane?
Lord.
please remove this woman from office......amen
pelousi...it’s the night that you should look out for.
Trash talk. Like thugs do when they want to intimidate.
The Dims are thugs with expensive clothes and manicures.
Groan!
Hey, Nancy, the Democrats had a majority of over 60 seats in the House, and a super majority in the US senate. Republivans couldn't stop anything the Democrats wanted to do. This health care abomination is entirely the Democrats creation. Time for them to pay the price for it will come in November.
This incredibly stupid woman will be nothing but a comedic punch line in history. Our great grandkids are going to wonder what we were smoking. Everytime Pelosi opens her mouth, I am beyond sure that nothing of value will drool out.
Wow, Obama and Pelosi are totally detached from reality. Surely they don’t really believe what they are saying
“Confident Dems can come together”.......San Francisco, Sodomites, DAISY CHAIN.......Yes they can!
This woman is going to be re-elected this Nov!
You people in SanFran look like a bunch of ****ing ******s!

Stoopid stoopid woman! Yep the republicans talked while Nan stood there with her fingers in her ears. Dear G-d please make her fly commercial forever from 2010 on!

Ummm, yes, she is.
Oh, really? I guess the American people had nothing to do with it. And of course members of her own party had nothing to do with it. No, the Republicans forced the public option out, the dirty bastards!
MEMO TO NANCY: Your health care bill still hasn't passed both houses. You might want to save the "assho!e" attitude until it does.
The public option is out ONLY because they can’t get their own Dems to accept it.
The public option is out in word only! It remains the objective of this legislation and all of the mechanisms to achieve it are still present.
Hey, Bigmouth Nancy, “too much talk and not enough action”. If you know that a “bipartisan bill can be enacted without a bipartisan vote”, then have at it. The Democrats should pass this at noon on Monday, and have the President sign it at 2. That way, by 3, we’ll know the outcome of the elections in November.

TRI CARE FOR LIFE This from a google search:

This option would help reduce the costs of TFL, as well as costs for Medicare, by introducing minimum out-of pocket requirements for beneficiaries. Under this option, TFL would not cover any of the first $525 of an enrollees cost-sharing liabilities for calendar year 2011 and would limit coverage to 50 percent of the next $4,725 in Medicare cost sharing that the beneficiary incurred. (Because all further cost sharing would be covered by TFL, enrollees could not pay more than $2,888 in cost sharing in that year.) http://www.cbo.gov/ftpdocs/99xx/doc9925/12-18-HealthOptions.pdf

Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.
Snip The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.
Snip
Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees in fiscal 2010, Matz said. We took them at their word, and I cant believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward, he added.
How come in a ‘discussion’ table nobody ask her, “With you having 78 more seats than the Republican, how did Republican leave any imprint? Couldn’t you just pass the bill without them?”
