This polls is of registered voters. when you look at the likely voters Toomey is ahead and running very close to what other polls say. Advantage Toomey and this actually strengthens his advantage.

I actually was polled (I am still a registered D). There is another thread here on FR about this poll..I had time to go into greater detail there...but trust me the questions were leading.

There were three “sets” one about the PA governors race (and how Rendell has done); one about the Specter race; and one about Dear Leader and BarkyCare.

Any “most negative” response I gave about Specter or Dear Leader, lead to another question asking about my “thoughts” about the pol. They got me Friday night, and I wish now I had written down the questions when they were fresh in my mind.

But trust me, they were very leading and tilted to make you, in a round about way, “up” your rating.
