I love my 2010 Ford Fusion. Second best car I ever owned.
They had better knock it off or it’ll be Ford in the Toyota seat.
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A GM OR A CHRYSLER (AND I LOVE DODGE!) AS LONG AS IT IS PART OF A HUSSEIN-CONTROLLED GOVERNMENT. NEVER. DO YOU HEAR ME, OBAMA???
Ford had better keep an eye over their shoulder. That sound they here is the oncoming bus that is the government hit-squad.
I have two Ford Escapes. I love them both; good gas mileage, handle well, go through snow. I’d buy a third one.
Government Motors sez “This can’t stand! Bring on the Congressional Inquisition!”
"That sound they hear is ..."
the fingers are getting so old, they just don't want to cooperate anymore.
The attack on Toyota was suppose to help Government Motors, dang it, even though their cars seem to have the same problem as the Toyota’s.
Another Obama backfire.
A grand Jury has been looking into Ford matters. Andy Stern, presiding judge...........
I have a 2001 Focus and it has been a workhorse. I drove a 2010 Fusion rental car last December and I was impressed with both its handling and acceleration.
Marxists like driving Government Motor vehicles; dont they.
Maybe they should be called, Marxist Motor Company, with a slogan: Something you drive into the ground.
Yep—I just bought a 2010 Ford escape; already had an ‘07 Mercury Mariner!
Dammit I shoulda bought more FoMoCo shares when they were ONLY $3.01 a share! :-(!
Hey Howie, it’s some angry guy on the phone. He’s “aksin fo his money back”. - Howie Long’s wife, answering the phone today.
“Marxists like driving Government Motor vehicles; dont they.”
There is a bit of “compulsion” to buying the Government Motors and 0bama Motors vehicles; it’s what we all predicted last year and it is coming to fruition.
In January, our town purchased it’s police vehicles budgeted for 2010 (10 patrol cars, one SUV). Our cops usually drive Ford Crown Victorias, but not this year. We bought Dodge Magnums. Why? Because the Federal government is giving municipalities a kickback (our tax dollars) if they buy 0bama Motors crap. Because the kickback made 0bama Motors the lowest bidder, we were pretty much required to buy them.
That’s where your 0bama Motors production is going; government vehicles, thanks to a second subsidy from the federal government in addition to the one that kept them from closing their plants for good.
“Hey, the people are angry at the Bush administration. Some groups just stay angrier longer than others. Obviously Ford customers are stupid and have poor memory” - BHO
I did. :)
Thanks to FReepers!
Dittoes for my 2010 Navigator, except it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.
I rented one on th left coast last year and loved it. Great car. Have you seen the new Taurus?
Foed pissed me off when they donated to the homosexual agenda.
Then they got back in to my good graces by saying screw you to obamma and his govt car maker take over.
GM and Chrysler can go fish.
As for a foreign carmaker?
I am an AMERICAN.
Yeah, funny how that works...
08 Camry Hybrid
Couldn’t be happier.
Or like Chase, Ford will be charged billions of dollars in fees to pay for the govt bailout of GM and Chrysler.
My 2001 Lincoln LS 5-speed was the BEST car I ever owned.
This commercial was brought to you by Joker Face and BooHooOnomics?
The private hands GM and Chrysler will end up in are those of the UAW. No one else need apply.
I’ve been on the sidelines waiting to buy a Ford. Definitely sometime this year.
I'm not sure because it happened so fast and on so many fronts, but some real big movers called in some really big favors from June, 2008 thru January 2009.
The few graduates from universities who can actually read and write will spend the better part of twenty years sorting thru it all.
Looks like the polls were correct.
“Only 42% of those who currently own a General Motors car are even somewhat likely to buy a GM product for their next car.”
Hussein’s union goon squads will be knocking on Henry’s door any day now.
Bad timing: GM recalls 1.3 million cars
And if I need buy another vehicle it will be Ford. not a foreign job of a gub mint motors vehicle.
Better watch out, Ford. The thugacracy will have you in the crosshairs before long.
We have a Ford Explorer, a Ford F150 truck and a Ford F150 King Cab. Love all 3 of them.
I almost forgot the Crown Victoria. Thats 4 Ford vehicles.
2010 Expedition here.
First Ford I have ever owned.
I would not be caught dead in a Government Motors car.
We have a 2009 Escape - love it too.
Only 1 small problem - there are no hooks to tie down the cargo.
But Ford is a union shop, isn’t it?
Not union enough for solidarity with it’s brothers and sisters. Obviously Fords UAW representatives and stewards need to be replaced right away. Lower all boats ya know.
Now instead of the headline “Obama Nationalizes Largest US Automobile Company”, we have “GM Falls to Number Two Following Obama Takeover.”
I will NEVER buy another GM vehicle. Period. End of story. i hope they fail and I never hear the name GM again.
Haven’t driven a Ford for years, but our next vehicle will be one.
I added to thier October sales: 2010 Mustang GT.
Que the Ford Dog!
And to think, Government Motors just recalled 1.3 cars....
I hope Gm and Chrysler fall flat on their damned faces, despite Government support.
Alan Mulally was the keynote speaker at the most recent Governor's Conference and while I have a link I haven't seen it. I hear he got into politics and policy.
My guess is a Kansas boy that wanted to be an astronaut and became a CEO might be more politically at home here than at DU if you get my drift...
What that little socialist usurper @ 1600 Penn Ave. should be hope is that Mulally does not throw his hat in the ring to whip his sorry little @$$ politically in 2012....
