Preoccupied with healthcare and expanding government, Obama is still working full throttle to shove through an immigration reform bill prior to the midterm elections. To appease the influential La Raza movement, Obama met privately with his staff this week to devise a measure that will grant United States citizenship to the country's estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.

Two words: Won’t happen.
It's simply a ploy to give Obama 11 million new voters to replace all the citizen votes he has lost.
With that many votes, he could care less about tanking i n the polls.
The only conclusion that anyone can come to is that this guy is out to ruin this country. He needs to be impeached.
They keep Americans attention on one subject, all the while they are devising yet another outrage to destroy the U.S. We have to prove to them that we CAN chew gum and walk at the same time.

It would be up to congress to impeach or bring charges and THIS congress is never going to do it.
All we can do is vote out the pro amnesty rinos like McCain and Graham, who by the way, is meeting with Obama to push this through.
Graham will also be Obama’s ‘republican ‘ point man for AMNESTY.

Assume that the president is caught red-handed in flagrant violation. Dealing with him "criminally" takes two steps. Congress impeaches and convicts him, but the remedy that Congress can impose is limited to throwing out of office and disqualifying from office. After that (and technically, even before that, but no prosecutor is going to charge a sitting president with a crime), he can be charged with a crime and tried for that. The penalty can include capital punishment.
Same sequence would come into play if a president commits murder.

I hope you are right....but we have too many pro-illegal/anti-Americans in the GOP who want Illegal Alien Amnesty....and a whole bunch in the DNC. They will push for amnesty regardless of what the American people want....and Americans of all political persuasions are against Illegal Alien Amnesty
They will try and drive this through in the “lame duck” session of Congress along with Card Check and Cap and tax after the November elections !!
