I heard of a new religion that does not believe in wearing clothes in public or paying taxes... will they be protected?

You know every single vegetarian I have ever known ‘binged’ or ‘broke down’ with a nice hamburger. They then would go on about how bad they felt, or how terrible it tasted.

I can't figure out why they eat stuff made to look or taste like meat either.

I remember one telling me how excited they were to find tofu ham that looked, smelled, tasted like real ham, and even had the same texture as the real stuff. I asked why not just eat ham? Well, meat is bad for the environment. I didn't ask if they wanted me to do the material & energy balance of all that is needed to make a soy bean replicate ham :-)

I have a friend from Honduras who I was trying to explain vegetarians. She was perplexed, and her only response was “..but sometimes you need a big old steak..”

Albion is a tad perfidious these days.

Same here. They even have tofu turkeys!

They are just bizarre people.

They also seem to be rather nasty and unpleasant as well. I have met one that was reasonably nice, the others were just obnoxious.

Seems like everyone but Christians get protection against discrimination.

Don’t forget smokers, gun owners, or basically anyone “conservative”.

Same here. Many are well beyond smug too- orders of magnitude better than everyone else.

You can live in my barn with all the other ‘old foggies’I’m responsible for these days. My Mother in Law thinks I’m KIDDING when I tell her she’s going to end up living in my chicken coop in her Golden Years if she doesn’t stop spending my money. *Rolleyes*

I’d do more for you Oldsters, but it’s my God-given duty and responsibility to earn money and keep it OUT of the hands of Government as it is...and it gets harder every year! Starve the beast! :)

I didn’t climb all the way to the top of the food chain to eat tofu.
