STATEMENTS SEEN AS ATTEMPT TO DEFEND HERSELF AND DEPARTMENT FROM INQUIRIES REGARDING CONFLICTING PUBLIC STATEMENTS ON OBAMAS VITAL RECORDS
(Mar. 9, 2010) The Post & Email has received documentation which discounts the testimony which Dr. Fukino gave to the Hawaii Senate Committee on Judiciary and Government Operations regarding SB2937.
In her testimony of February 23, 2010, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health stated, For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obamas birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website.
But documents received by The Post & Email show that the actual number and time frame of the responses were much lower. The Statistics which undercut Fukinos Testimony
These are as follows:
Total UIPA Requests: 198, or 208 if you include OIP Requests for Assistance.
Birth Record Related Request: any request for records associated with Barack Hussein Obama (or any name variation thereof) excluding index data. 76 requests during the specified time frame. 38.4% of 198 or 36.5% of 208
Index Data: any request for index data regardless of the search parameters provided. 71 requests during the specified time frame. 35.9% of 198 or 34.1% of 208

Leo Donofrio and Miss Stickly had these people busted cold. By them making comments about his BC - by HI law it opened it up for public inspection. HI is so corrupt.
The Post & Email isn’t pulling any punches. The overarching question is why all the stubbornness by the state of Hawaii over one simple birth record that can be legally disclosed per UIPA rules??
The problem seems to be that the BC shows something Obama doesn’t want the public to see. I’m guessing it’s an unattended (and therefore unproven) birth. Obama himself may not know when and where he was really born.
The purpose of the open records act is so the public can watchguard the governments actions. This is exactly what has happened, Hawaii DOH has issued contradictory statements and got caught, Now they want to end the ability for the public to see exactly what is going on.
This is a crying shame that Hawaii has stooped so low as to attempt to block public oversight which the current law provides for and is necesary for trust in government. Like stupid legislators they think this will work. Imagine 100,000 requests coming from 100,000 different people, then what will they do? It’ not smart to tick off the watchguards, they might run in large packs and be tenacious pit bulls.
Yes, that’s true. Unfortunately there isn’t a requirement (yet) for presidential candidates to produce documentation to prove they are natural born citizens. Obama pulled a sleight of hand and showed something that looks like a real certificate hoping to fool people. Since there’s no requirement, then he’s not bothering to follow up and prove his alleged COLB is real NOR is the HI DOH doing it for him, despite have statutory authority to do so.
But they are, as they have always been, required to actually *be* a natural born citizen.
Not that I think the BC necessarily is required to settle the issue .. he wants to show one with a US Citizen father. Otherwise, he'd "busted" by his own admission of a foreign national father. (And a foreign national stepfather too, but it's his status at birth that counts)
I don’t think this is the case because our best available evidence shows Barak Sr. listed in two 1961 Honolulu newspaper announcements as the father of a son, plus the 1964 divorce decree between him and Obama’s mama shows him as the father of Barack Hussein Obama II. I can see where he was listed on a birth certificate of a birth for which he wasn’t present, but someone had to have put him down as the father of the child for the documentary evidence to show as it does.
Of course, since the newspaper announcement doesn’t list Stanley Ann Dunham as the mother, it’s remotely possible that some other woman IS listed as the mother on the original certificate. But I find that to be negated because of the address which connects SAD’s parents, and logically herself to the baby.
What that leaves is a place of birth that is not in a hospital or not in Honolulu, or signatures from persons other than the alleged parents and/or a medical professional, but instead a signature from a grandparent or unknown persons. In such a case, Obama would have some serious splainin’ to do.
mm ‘k...still smells like 3 day old fish to me.
“The problem seems to be that the BC shows something Obama doesnt want the public to see.”
Right. There could be piddling embarrassing information in a BC that seems terrible to an individual.
A person has to decide between privacy and the practical realities of leadership. A leader must earn peoples’ trust. The only leadership experience BO had was as an agitator [who only needs to spread mis-trust]. BO is learning a new kind of leadership, the kind governors have — leadership that inspires unity rather than discord.
We must endure his on-the-job training.
Did the page crash? I failed to load it twice.
Also, why would Dr. Chiyome Fukino lie about the number of requests?
Said: “... 50 e-mail inquiries a month ...”
The number is much lower. Why, to create fines for vexacious requestors?
Hawaii Wants to Fine Me After Framing Me
“The Office of Taxation wants to fine people who are labeled “vexatious requestors” and Fukino has said there are 4-6 people who are all set to be labeled this.”[snip]
“I don’t understand what the problem is”
Most kids don’t have the money behind them like obama had.
So is Fukino now testifying that the certificate posted on the campaign website is in fact the same as the one in her vault???? Then she must follow Hawaiian law and release what she has in the vault and then explain why they don't match.
I think she’s doing some more classic double speak and basically trying to put the burden on Obama. He posted a jpg. He needs to defend it. She doesn’t say Obama posted an ‘official’ copy or an ‘authentic’ copy.
Here’s something else Fukino says in her statement that should be addressed:
“The responses ultimately have required the time and involvement of the Attorney General’s office and the Office of Information Practices.”
What Fukino fails to acknowledge is that it was the skeptics and requestors who got the AG’s office and OIP involved ... because the DOH was failing to abide by the laws on disclosures. Those other offices were contacted to try to get the DOH to do its job, instead of playing games.
At least two reason's I can see...
1. Full disclosure per their own rules would damage or destroy Barry's life history narrative...thus exposing him either as a bastard, a perpetrator of election fraud or even a usurper (or some combination therein).
2. Such disclosure would also, undoubtedly unmask the massive (citizenship, welfare, labor, etc) fraud that's been occurring in HI since before they became a state.
In other words, the stakes are VERY high for all involved.
Does Dr. Fukino realize what she is saying above when she says that Obama himself posted his birth certificate on his website? Does she realize that she is saying that Obama may have given up his right to secrecy and privacy when it comes to his long and short form birth certificate?
That is, did Obama give up his right to privacy concerning his Hawaii birth certificate when---according to Dr. Fukino herself---Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his OWN website?
1. It seems to me that if Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his birth certificate on his own website as reported by Dr. Fukino, then Obama, in my opinion, has given up his right to call on privacy laws to stop Hawaii officials from releasing his birth certificate to the public for all of us to examine it.
2. And I don't mean for Obama or Hawaii officials to show us Obama's long form birth certificate on the internet. I say that Hawaii officials are now obligated to allow reporters to touch and examine Obama's long and short form in person.
But if Hawaii officials display Obama's long and short form birth certificate on its OWN site, that would be a big step in trying to resolve the controversy surrounding Obama's long and short form birth certificates.
3. I say that Obama has opened the door for Hawaii officials to allow reporters to examine Obama's long form birth certificate up close and in hand.
4.Again, I say that Dr.Fukino---by testifying before a Hawaii government committee that Obama VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his own website---has opened the door to the argument that Obama gave up his right to be protected by privacy laws when he VOLUNTARILY displayed his short form birth certificate on his own website.
Possibly you could work this Fukino’s acknowledgment into your case or into your response to the opposition’s brief?
