The moment Rivlin referred to can be seen in the accompanying video, when Biden says that Palestinian Authority leaders' “commitment to peace” is “an opportunity that must be seized, it must be seized. Who has there been better to date?..."

I’m worried about the applause too. Whoever thought of sending Biden to Israel should be fired. He’s a fool.
No people has had more traitors amongst it than the Jews, from Dathan and the Golden Calfers at the time of Moses, to Kadima and the Socialists of today. What Israel needs is another purge, Old Testament-style.

It may be appropriate to applaud the Vice President of an ally but is it appropriate to applaud the enemy of your own policy?
Neither Joe Biden nor the United States is Israel’s enemy.
It would worry me also.
