Obama Approval
52 week high 68% (Jan. 21, 2009) 52 week low 46% (today)
(Excerpt) Read more at gallup.com ...
my question is how are his approval ratings so high?
Don’t look at Gallup. Rassmussen is more accurate - and much worse.
47 to 51 is the grey area.
No kidding. 46% (relatively) still seems high to me.
I predict he will get down to 10%.
Gallup polls all adults whether they are registered to vote or not. Rasmussen only polls registered voters. That’s the difference.
That inflates Obama’s numbers . . . but they are going down regardless.
If Obama were a stock, I would have to short it.
Gallup probably counts anyone who answers the phone, including illegals, non-voters, the underaged, etc.
Rasmussen only counts voters. There’s a big difference.
Amazing how no matter how LOW is approval ratings go they are ALWAYS higher then his DISAPPROVAL numbers. The libs are really struggling to show his supporters outnumber those who say he has failed.
He won’t get below 22%.
There are 10% hardcore communists,
and 12% “tribal” support.
>> Gallup probably counts anyone who answers the phone, including illegals, non-voters, the underaged, etc.
“Press 1 for Spanish. Press 2 for Ebonics. Or stay on the line, and a representative will assist you in choosing the correct answers...”
We are still doomed if 46% of people still approve of this dictator.
If the healthcare obamination passes, he’ll bottom out at zero...............
Remember folks, this is despite the MSM championing him!
Both Bushs and Reagan never had a friendly MSM like Ozero has.
And he is flaming out! It is also the MSM’s failure as well!
That is very important to note.
I remember many years ago when Gallup was the most respected of all polling agencies. No longer. They are biased to the left, perhaps as a matter of survival, since they have to sell their wares to the left wing press and the politicians.
So, this is definitely biased toward Obama. But the fact that it’s a new low—for Gallup—speaks for itself.
The only question is whether it’s a steady bias, or whether it’s an increasing bias. I suspect that the latter is true. They are desperately increasing the leftward bias, but it STILL hit a new low. I say that, because their numbers haven’t dropped as fast as Rasmussen.
That is very important to note."
Bingo!
Obama will take another major hit when the House passes Obama-care and it goes to the Senate for a brutal reconciliation, or even if it just fails completely.
Monday’s AP Poll was by an Outfit called “Gfk Roper”, which is the new name Arbor Research Group, a VERY Democrat-biased Pollster.
That’s how they got a 52% Approval for Obama, by Poll Shopping.
Gallup polls a sample of ALL ADULTS, half of whom dont even vote. It knows full well this produces a result that is skewed to the left.
Stick with Ras, he gives you a much more accurate picture of the voting public.
I have lost all respect for Gallup.
Like Gallup, AP’s outfit polled ALL ADULTS, knowing that would give them a result biased to the left.
I stick with Ras, who only polls likely voters.
Gallup tried so hard to keep Obama's numbers at or above 50%, the only weird extended flat line at 50% on the whole graph. Still Obama has always tracked lower than Carter, and beat Carter's 46% score by a month.
I swore that the first black or woman president would be a Republican,
mostly because of the innate racism inherent in leftist ideology - they’d never let a black person rise that high.
Of course, this president has someone’s hand up his butt working his mouth, so maybe they thought he’d be the best puppet available.
C’mon. He still has net favorable ratings.
Yes, I find it hard to believe it is anywhere near that high.
........ and there goes any hope of being a GOOD one term prez.
I will settle for the one term poor dictator .
boookmark

They didn't. Obama is 50% white, 50% African from Africa, where being a jobless welfare baby breeder is not a multi-generational lifestyle choice. The first black American president might still be Republican.
But that equals 91%.
Where's the 9%?
Oh. Over in disapprove. But they just CANNOT bring them to show higher disapprovals than approvals.
